Filled out online form to be seen for sick appt. Received 2 confirmations from CN they received my info & I am in line virtually. Waited in “que” for text. Called them abt 65 min after 3x & got a voice mail. VM indicated open. Drove over & they were closed.

I would have put 5 stars before my last visit. Bad attitude from the nurse since I needed to be with my sick boy. All what I asked her was to stay with him during the visit. Doctor authorized me. I was always allowed for many years. In the room the nurse tells me to go somewhere else if you don't like it here. That was very rude and unprofessional. Clinic nor corporate office did nothing about that attitude. I will never be back unless I have nowhere to go.

A great option when you need immediate non-emergency assistance. A very professional and pleasant experience from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. Everyone was personable and took my issue seriously. I’m a repeat patient.

Where is the oats that the doctor swore to treat even the enemy? They were very arrogant I told him that he has his knee. When you fall. It was cut to didn’t even bother looking at it and the treatment was with arrogant and mostly like racist. he’s a child with autistic child. He took a fall and then they didn’t even care about his bruises or cuts anywhere else to ask or look what kind of a clinic or garbage are you running?

I had a Physical today. Rachel the MA was Awesome. I'm hard to get blood from. She got it with no problem. She is definitely a great MA and has a great attitude well.
