I am an easy person to speak to, I always show respect and I share that I have a TBI and may need additional time to process or ask questions. This apparently was not enough for her to be patient. She said a bunch of statements and I asked if I could have a moment to weight my options. She sighed and was condescending when she said I don’t have all day, you either want to do it or you don’t. So, I said yes to additional testing that my insurance does not cover. After she came back in for the results she commented it wasn’t needed as it did not show what she thought it would. So, that left me with a $228 bill on top of the co-pay. I should have waited to see my regular doctor. I would never recommend her to anyone. Still spreading Peace and Love
