Dr. Sam E. Mansour Md's Online Review Report Card

Arrived early for an appt rescheduled by the clinic. Seen after 1 hr 10 minutes and called by a technician from her room 15 feet away. No explanation. No apology other than by the receptionist. Very unprofessional

I will not be returning to this practice. Although Doc is great and he knows his stuff...treats me the patient with great care but his front staff does him a great disservice by not keeping patients informed when he's running late. I checked in on time and then waited for 45 min. At that time I asked the front desk if he was running late...the response was "I donno, I think so". No one bothered to tell me of the delay and it was probably an emergency. I understand delays happen, at least they could have given me the option to reschedule. I told them I was leaving and not going to reschedule. They never called to explain or apologise-Richard Freitag

Dr. Mansour is, in my opinion, such a wonderful doctor. He takes his time answering all questions I have and explaining my exam procedures and condition. I know he has many patients to see, yet he makes me feel like he is unhurried and I am the only one. Dr. Mansour is very knowledgeable. He truly seems to care about his patients and is a wonderful doctor and human being. I trust his medical opinion and his opinion, in general. I believe him to be an excellent doctor and human being. His staff has always been so nice to me as well. I have been a patient of Dr. Mansour for years, and I haven't a single complaint.

VERY PROFFESIONAL AND KIND

Three people in my immediate family see Dr. Mansour for varying and very different reasons or eye conditions. He is very knowledgeable on the conditions of each one. He seems quite willing to both answer and explain questions on any issue. Even though his office has been fairly busy at times, he takes time to give us his undivided attention as if we were the only patient he had. He seems always compassionate and respectful when delivering care. He has been diligent in his attempt to help each member of our family in resolving or attaining the best outcome for our eye conditions in a manner conducive to helping us achieve the highest level of wellness that each of us might hope to achieve. He is very friendly and approachable. Truly, I can't imagine anyone would not like him. He delivers a high level of care. Yes! I would definitely recommend him to others.

I would highly encourage anyone to seek a different doctor for their eye care. I have never written a bad review but hope to keep others from a painful & unsuccessful result. Was misinformed by Dr. Manseur. I Had a vitreous hemmorage immediately after & for 6 months following his surgery. This happens in 3% of cases. Was told repeatedly by Dr. that my vision would improve, but it didn’t. Saw another doctor for evaluation & needed cataract surgery due to trauma to the eye caused by Dr. Manseur

Over treatment causes problems. Staff unorganized. Bedside mannin too casual

Makes mistakes

This dr. Charged me thousands for treatment I did not need. I went to another Dr who told me to get eye glasses.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Mansour for several years and have received excellent professional services from Dr. Mansour, his staff and his office. Understanding the delicacy and sensitivity of the practice of the retina of the eye, we could not be more pleased with the expertise, care, treatment and friendliness of Dr. Mansour and his staff. We recommend him most highly and give him a 5 star rating.
