Dr. Crenshaw fit me in on a busy Friday afternoon - she diagnosed my condition - found a problem and treated it quickly - she took time to explain what was wrong and gave detailed descriptions of what my next steps are - her reception area is efficient and Karen and Tarik gave great customer service on my visits to her office!

Dr. Joanne Crenshaw was an excellent doctor for eye. She and her team of members takes very good care of you. She is very patient and the thing which i liked the most is she explains you what is problem, why we are doing this test, so that we get a good understanding of what is happening.

Dr Crenshaw is a terrific ophthalmologist and her practice is a pleasure to do business with. My wife recommended I go and I am glad I did. Dr Crenshaw's office was ready for my arrival, welcomed me, and handled my check-in efficiently. The technician was friendly and quick. Dr Crenshaw herself was kind, patient, and great at explaining things in clear terms. I hadn't had an eye exam in 10+ years, so she did a baseline exam on my eyes and explained potential risks. And she helped me decide what glasses I need, now that my Costco readers are no longer getting the job done. In short, I strongly recommend Dr Crenshaw and her team.

Friendly, knowledgable staff. Doctor spent time with me and performed a thorough and comprehensive eye exam. Got worked up in a professional manner. I’d definitely return here for a follow-up exam!

The regular eyes exam cost $105 instead of $40 copay. I had MDIPA and always pay $40 when go see eye doctors. I came here 3 years ago and only pay $40, now they charged my $105. Ask if for you go, I felt so stupid and being robbed because they didn't tell you clearly upfront. Very bad business.
