Linda Coleman's Online Review Report Card

I usually do not write reviews in yelp but it is the first time I decided to post a review. Today I had the worst experience ever in this office. I was looking for a primary physician & found this office after I read Google reviews. My appointment was scheduled about 3 months ago since Dr. Linda did not have any openings. I got a text message a few days ago stating to fill out paper work, print and bring, if not appointment will be rescheduled, be on time ; otherwise have to reschedule appointment...etc...etc. I went to the office today after 3 months waiting for my appointment. I also I work at a hospital and took this day off for my appointment. when I arrived at the office, I found out the front desk people are so rude!! They do not greet or say hi to the patients and I was the one who greeted them. But that is not all, I was told that Dr. Linda is not here today we have to reschedule your appointment. The front desk girl also told me " I called you 3 times this morning to tell you Dr. Linda is not coming today but you did not respond." This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL service ever from a doctor and her team!!! Dr.Linda needs to know that her patients' time is as important as her time. You guys charge people for missing appointments but do you pay patients when you miss and reschedule their appointment?? I took a day off at work and don't get paid for my day, can you reimburse my loss?? I won't spend even a red penny or 5 minutes of my time in this office. I will find another physician who can respect his/ her patients time same as his own time. I hope this practice learn professionalism!!

First time in that office. The people were very nice and professional. The nurses were very professional good natured. The doctor was awesome. Made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed the visit. Recommend Dr. Linda Coleman.

I have been seeing Dr. Linda Coleman for a number of years and always appreciate her straightforward, but jovial approach. I have always left an appointment feeling better than when I arrived...she's one of the good ones.

Dr. Coleman was friendly, open to questions, honest with her feedback and there was nothing I didn't feel comfortable sharing with her. Her natural ability to make people feel welcome and comfortable was evident from the moment she walked into the room.

Dr. Linda Coleman has been my Primary Care Physician for over 30 years. I came to her as a referral from a physician friend, and from my first visit with her, Dr. Coleman has always provided compassionate and knowledgeable care, excellent advice, and follow-through treatment. I try hard to maintain a commitment to my personal health, and from the beginning, Dr. Coleman greatly impressed me with her awareness regarding updates and new research in preventive medicine pertaining to me. She remains unchanged to this day! I very much appreciate that Dr. Coleman has a “Two Way Street” relationship with her patients. She gives everything that she has to the table regarding my health! She expects me to do the same, and she holds me accountable to that! That makes me feel very valued by her both professionally and personally. I have been seeing Dr. Linda Coleman for almost 5 years now for hormone replacement therapy (SottoPelle therapy). She is not only awesome as a Doctor, but she’s just a good person. When you go to a Doctor, you are essentially putting them in charge of some aspect of your life. Her medical knowledge and skill is equivalent with her bedside manner and personality: superior; and you know you are in expert hands. When she does my hormone procedures, there is no pain, whatsoever. The therapy has changed my life in so many aspects. From reducing belly fat to increased energy. I would recommend this therapy and Dr. Coleman, specifically. Her staff is amazing too. Michelle, her assistant (an RN), talks with you like you are part of the family. You will always receive a call back from any message. No one rushes you. You do not wait when you show up for your appointment. You are treated with utmost respect. The front desk personnel are amazing too. They are personable; professional and efficient. This practice is more than 5 Stars.

I cant say enough Good things about this Practice and Dr Kristen Dickert specifically. I had an urgent Medical issue that caused me EXTREME stress and she went above and beyond to help me out, while also keeping me calm in such a stressful time. This Practice is AMAZING!!!
