Dr. Dollard went above and beyond when I needed custom inserts. Great staff. Wonderful manner. Highly recommend.

He yelled at my child, and after spending 6 minutes on the entire appointment he decided not to treat her. I brought in my 6 year old daughter with a referral to get a wart removed from her foot. Elsewhere, coming in with a referral would get you treatment for that ailment. Not from Dollard. He used our first appointment to say "yes, that's a wart - come back again for treatment". At the next appointment, he told my daughter the laser would feel like a strong rubber band snapping. This scares, not comforts, a 6 year old. She was fidgety and uncomfortable. He then yelled at her to sit still and told me he did it to calm her and that he's great with children. After spending all of 6 minutes trying to "calm her" with more yelling, he decided he wasn't going to bother to treat her. With insurance, we spent $100 on two co-pays, took time off from work and school and all we got was yelling for our trouble!!

Dr. Dollard was very accommodating and caring. My foot started to hurt just before a hiking trip. I didn’t have an appointment and Dr. Dollard made time for me durning a busy day. He modified my shoe insoles and I was able to hike mikes.

After suffering 20 plus years with severe heel pain/plantar fasciitis and heel spurs, I found Dr. Dollard. I had tried everything from cortisone shots to wrapping to sleeping in a boot. He suggested that I get custom orthotics for my shoes. Insurance didn’t cover the cost but I decided to try them. I am so happy that I did. After wearing them in my tennis shoes, I no longer have heel pain. They were literally life changing for me. I just visited the office last week to be fitted for a new pair. My original pair lasted for over 12 years!! I will never go without these custom orthotics in my workout shoes again. My heel pain is gone and I want to keep it that way!

I saw Dr. Dollard for the first time today. He was nice, professional and brilliant and he fixed the problem with a callous that I have had for a long time. I was so grateful. He is the best

Dr. Dollard is the best foot doc around! He is extremely knowledgeable and funny. I called his office and he was actually able to get me seen the next day for an issue I was having. The chick at the front desk was also very pleasant and nice.

Dr. Dollard fixes problems that others can not and he’s available when others are not. I'm a 50 year old amateur marathon runner and triathlete. Ten years of training finally took its toll and I've had chronic feet pain since November 2018 (two years) starting with metatarsal, then toe, and leading to fairly debilitating heel pain. I've seen three Doctors, had cortisone injections, did two bouts of PT, tried EPAT, procured two shoe-boxes full of orthotics including the expensive custom fitted.... before FINALLY connecting with Dr. Dollard. He diagnosed me with Hammer Toe and Cuboid Syndrome. In a series of non-invasive procedures including multiple wrappings, excellent instruction on self care, and a well placed cortisone injection I am pain free for the first time in years. I'm cautiously getting back "on my feet" and optimistically looking forward to signing up for a post COVID triathlon. Thank you Dr. Dollard.

Dr. Dollard is exceptionally knowledgable and applies cutting edge technologies for treating his patients. I had a chronic achilles tendon pain with significant swelling for over a year, a condition that nearly had crippled me. I have gone to two different doctors and several months of physical therapy before I discovered Dr. Dollard by reading about his qualifications and his prior patients' reviews. Three weeks after my initial visit with him, the pain is gone and the swelling has substantially decreased. I'm very pleased with the results and extremely grateful to Dr. Dollard.

I have never been more impressed with a doctor's office! Dr. Dollard is involved in every step of the patient experience. He listens to his patients and truly wants to help them. He goes out of his way to make himself available to you. The whole office is fast, friendly, and professional.

Dr. Dollard did a great job removing my bunion and straightening my toe. The whole process was made easier with advice he gave me. My foot is doing great. Couldn't have had a better experience!
