Dr. Fergusson is GREAT!! She is knowledgeable and compassionate. I can tell she really cares for my children. I have been quite impressed with the way the office has handled the Coronavirus. There is no waiting now for those who were complaining and we recently did a telemedicine visit that went really well. I highly recommend KidsFirst.

Every single time they put us on wait an hour or more . I have 2 kids one with3 years and one is 18 months, it’s so hard to wait with them .

Dr. Fergusson and the other Doctors had Kids First are super. She is always caring and has sound advice. The staff is always friendly and I always recommend her!

I saw this very negative review and it upsets me greatly! Dr. Fergusson is the most caring and compassionate pediatrician I have ever met and I have never had a negative experience. The accusation that she is more concerned about profits is unjustified. KidsFirst is great place and all of the doctors (there are no Nurse Practitioners!) are great!
