Sabina Malhotra's Online Review Report Card

⚠️ BLUF: Patient's medical insurance is charged for a Tier 4 visit (nearly $400) without issuing a single imaging order nor prescription from this practice for a chronically, unhealed foot injury that even a kindergartener with 20/20 vision 👀 can diagnose as "inflammation." Dr. Randall Peyton, the practice founder, needs to have a serious "come to Jesus moment" with his lone foot doctor on his team, Dr. Sabina Malhotra. Concurring with previous reviewers, this Millennial physician is a very bright young lady but is arrogant AF with the bedside manners of NFL "star" Aaron Rodgers ⚠️ Being a practitioner working with people patients (dogs and cats paws 🐾 patients maybe) is clearly not her calling. She has poor active listening skills, talks down to patients, and appears to carry herself inappropriately like a total nerdy Daddy's girl who only wants to get her way or the highway regarding patients having any input in their own health needs, treatment, and care. Friendly reminder 🎗️ it's state medically unethical, if potentially criminally fraudulent, to charge federally guaranteed medical insurance plans (e.g. Medicare) for "meet and greet"-style bait and switch office visits when this is just a "basic" speciality, not a concierge practice.

Friendly, considerate and super helpful in helping me manage my ankle injury, Dr. Sabeena is a thorough professional in her field. Highly recommend!

Doctor and staff were terrific. Pretty much knew exactly what the problem was and explained the plan clearly—unfortunately, for now, it’s immobilizing, resting the joint and time to heal.

Great care. Loved her approach - alternatives to surgery. Only wish she would write down for patients what she wants them to do. It is so helpful to have instructions written down so you don’t forget anything.

Very good treatment. Dr. Malhotra has a deep knowledge of foot & ankle. She is an excellent doctor.

Very friendly, informative and explained everything very well and simply. I liked the explanation she gave me about the status of my foot and the progression I have been experiencing when wearing my custom orthotics. It has made a major difference with the structure of my arch. I would highly recommend Dr. Malhotra to my family and friends.

Please do not see Dr. Malhotra if you have any kind of diabetic wound or ulcer on your foot. I was 26 years old with diabetes, when I developed a water blister on my right big toe. Dr. Malhotra gave me incorrect medical advice and told me to soak my foot twice a day in epsom salt for 10 minutes, apply silver ointment, and wrap my big toe. Knowing what I know now, she had the nerve to tell me Neosporin was "too strong" and to use silver ointment. I told her the wound was draining constant fluid, it was soaking through the dressing every 30 minutes to an hour, and she told me to go down to soaking once a day. I listened to her. She said the dark purple skin was "bruising" but this is where it later turned black! I ended up getting gangrene in 15 days and I lost my right big toe. I followed up with Dr. Malhotra multiple times within the 15 days. I remember on the last day when she told me she was going to prescribe "light" oral antibiotics and to go to the ER and they may scrape off a little tissue from my toe, they did more than that! I was hospitalized, lost my toe and had to be on IV antibiotics for 6.5 weeks because the infection had spread to my bone and bloodstream. My 2nd and 3rd digits on that foot have broken since my big toe is not there to support my weight. I had to get the 2nd digit repaired because it turned into a hammer toe. I wish I could go back and think harder and realize her medical advice did not make sense, but I was just so young, scared, and listened to every word Dr. Malhotra said. Years later, I had a blister on my other foot's big toe that was even bigger than the one I had when I was 26. I kept it covered with sterile gauze, didn't get it wet at all, was prescribed oral antibiotics and it healed. I have talked to other doctors and they agreed I shouldn't have soaked it or applied ointment because it needed to be in a DRY enviroment. I wish I could give her -5 stars. I makes so depressed and upset looking at my deformed foot that could have been avoided. I looked at her website after the amputation, and it says she treats diabetic foot wounds and ulcers. I would have more respect for Dr. Malhotra if she had referred me to another doctor since she clearly didn't know what she was doing and I suffer because of it.

The follow up visit was great and quick because the solution for my arch pain worked since last visit:) Dr. Malhotra is charismatic and very helpful.

I went to this doctor with foot pain and she did not even look at my foot and she gave me plantar braces. I went to her thrice. Finally few months I was diagnosed with plantar wart. I don’t recommend her.

I’m sure Ms. Malhorta is a great surgeon but she is not good at people skills. She pushed back anytime I asked questions and was quite rude explaining the procedure. I had questions on the pre and post op and there was no discussion just this is what we are doing and if you do not comply we will not do it.
