Extremely professional and pleasant environment

Best dental experience ever! I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and Tarek Badaway DDS and his team really put me at ease. Dr Badaway has a way of giving the numbing shots that I don’t even really feel. A+ for expertise and also helped me plan out my dental work to get as much accomplished in each visit as possible so I would have less visits. Can’t say enough great things about Dr Badaway. Excellent dentist!!

18OCT2023 **Invisalign Treatment** I have started my teeth straightening journey! Westlake Dental Care has helped me through every step of the process. From the screening to the fitting, and to the maintenance. Westlake Dental Care, who in my opinion, is the best Invisalign orthodontist in NOVA! Their hygienist/Invisalign Consultant; Ms. Chelsea treated me and, I was beyond impress with her friendly positive approach. She helped and assured me with each treatment, encouraging me throughout the process. Ms. Chelsea was perfectly suited to me as she believes in promoting dentistry for healthy teeth. I am conformable going to her, as she personally makes note of every concern you have and remembers the last visit. I am not just a patient, but a friend. Thank you Chelsea!! My Dental Therapy... :o) I’m going to be honest here; I dislike going to the dentist. I have for the longest time had a deep phobia and avoided for years. The horror of hearing deep grinding sounds coupled with the associated pain. Not to mention experiencing “bad dentists” telling you have bad teeth. During the COVID pandemic, seeing a dentist was not even an option, but my teeth needed immediate care. Then I found Westlake Dental, I met with the Dr. Tarek to address my goals and fears. One would think this was a therapist office. Dr. Tarek assured me that every step, process and even insurance submissions would be effortless. The staff at Westlake Dental, are what I now consider the most outstanding practice in town. Not only are they extremely professional in their care but they go out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. They explained every step and detail, well in advance of my appointments. The high-tech equipment allows them to make enhanced precision care. During a recent bone graph procedure, they provided video programming by way a monitor and with state of art noise cancelling headphones to divert my attention to the grinding noise. My dental appoints are now therapy sessions with the added bonus of getting my teeth healthy. They have become my go-to solution for all my dental care needs. I highly encourage and recommend Westlake Dental.

I went in for my retainer Invisalign check up and Dr. T saw that my teeth needed cleaning. I am so happy I got it done yesterday. Dr. T made an outstanding adjustment to his schedule to make it happened. I know they are always busy, but I see how they care for me and other patients. My hygienist was Mrs. Person and she always been so graceful, professional and caring for me every visit as well. She is someone to look forward to care for your teeth and well being. Irene the Office Manager and her daughter Ashley in the front desk are always professional and well organized. I have never had an issue with schedule and billing. They are on top of their game. Well, Maria who always send me a text for my schedule reminder is as professional as everybody in the home office, knowing she does her work in Peru. What a fantastic crew of people. I would recommend everybody in Sterling to visit this Dental Office.

Called for information but the rude staff feels like they don’t want to talk on the phone…

I went in for an implant consultation and was amazed by the knowledge of Dr. Badawy. He thoroughly explained the reason a few implants were in my best interest. The receptionist scheduled me for an immediate appointment. I’m glad that I was referred to this office. The staff are really friendly and not pushy!

Dr. Tarek Badawy and staff provided excellent care and precision with my husband's implant surgery. They provided thorough information prior to the surgery and were professional and efficient throughout the procedure. We can not thank you enough for communicating with us throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this knowledgeable dentist and his staff!

Dr Tarek and his team are awesome!! I am having treatments with him since 2020 and I am absolutely grateful for all the excellent care (specially because I am terrified of dentist’s). 5 starts all the way!!!
