Dr. Carter is absolutely wonderful! She sees my husband myself and my two kids! There is no other way to describe her. She is an amazing caring Doctor. Dr Carter sees myself, husband and my kids. We could not be more pleased with her care. She cares about your goals as a patient and listens with empathy and understanding. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Finally found a family doc in the 757 that we LOVE!

Dr. Carter is awesome. Not only is she professional;p she puts a personal touch to her health care service; she is compassionate and actually listens which is something a patent needs when seeking medical assistance. I have been going to Dr. Carter for many years and I won't switch providers!!

Dr. E. Carter: Superior, professional service, with a country doctor's caring bedside manner! Consummately devoted to her patients, she is armed with the latest medical knowledge and procedures, yet still has compassionate, detail-oriented concern for my every medical condition. A practitioner of preventative medicine, she is responsible for my avoiding a life-changing diabetes condition! Her staff reflects her professionalism, providing me with several urgent appointments and are proactive in referrals, keeping my medical costs down! I have been seeing Dr. Carter for around thirteen years. She is incredible and thorough. I moved to another city and still make the thirty-five minute drive to see her because I don't want to change doctors as I think finding someone as good as she is would be difficult to say the least. Her staff is professional, the nurses treat you like family and Dr. Carter makes sure if she doesn't know an answer, she doesn't pretend to, she sends you to specialist who will be able to help. If you are looking for a genuine caring doctor, she is top notch.
