Very nice and friendly people, explained everything and was very comfortable, if i could go back to her i would, my insurance put me with another by her and he was not very interested in my situation, was only there 5 minutes and said doung good keep it up, nothing about how he could put some fullness back in my cheek or anything

She is an amazing plastic surgeon I’ve recommended her to lots of people & they’ve all said same thing she is amazing. & the staff is amazing as well. Thanks to her I always get compliments on my model belly button. She does such a great job you can’t even see where I had my tummy tuck my scar is so light. & the same with my breast reduction scar when I wear a bikini I definitely get compliments I’m over 50 & got a 20 something looking body.. I can’t say enough about her.

If I could give 20 stars I would! This has been the best experience with Plastic Surgery Specialists of Virginia. From the moment I called to my first consultation, the entire team was thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The office is beautiful and very clean. Dr. Guarda and Mrs. Theresa took the time to talk with me to make sure I understood what I was getting into. They were very transparent with EVERYTHING and answered all of my questions. I went into my surgery with no doubts or questions. I would recommend Dr. Guarda to anyone who is interested in having surgery and who might be unsure, she will definitely give you reassurance and hope. I am very happy with my results. Thank you so much!

Love Dr. Helena Guarda and her Amazing Staff!!! Best decision I could have made. I’m so glad I went here for my surgery. The entire staff at the office treats you like family and makes you feel warm, welcome and comfortable. They made sure I completely understood the entire process so I was comfortable and confident in my decision. The entire process from initial visit, surgery and all my post OP appointments have been great! I would choose Dr Guarda again for anything!
