The staff that check you IN/OUT are amazing and have the best customer service I've experienced in a MD office. The nurse was ok and nice enough. Dr. Chawla was very impersonal, dry, bland, had no personality, and the customer service was nonexistent. Didn't even say good afternoon or have a nice day. I will definitely be requesting a different provider. Update: 9/1/23 So I made a sick appointment for this morning lol because I have swollen tonsils and I get strep regularly and need to get tested. These morons proceed to tell me that my apt. Would have to be virtual, I ask how is he going to assess my tonsils for swelling and test me for strep virtually? This lady informs me I should go to urgent care and get tested for strep because they do not do that. WHAT GOOD ARE YOU THEN ?!? What kind of doctor does not test for strep in office. That is the most moronic thing I have ever heard of and serves the point that primary care physicians are absolutely pointless lol. This is why I haven't had a PCP ever because you all are an absolute waste of space.

They are the worst! Refuse service if you are 5 mins late regardless of circumstances. Not helpful nor friendly at all!!!! Not a great choice. Those in the doctor’s office for Bowers are horrible, disrespectful asks does care about patients health! The office manager doesn’t answer phone calls when she’s aware of an issue. Avoided all of my calls!

I just spoke with the receptionist by the name of Ms. Candy to help me find an interest. She was so pleasant to speak with and most helpful person ever. You can always tell when people love their job. Thank you Ms. Candy!!!

Unbelievably poor customer service. Called asking for a prescription refill, got a return call one week later letting me know the Dr would accept me as a new patient. I've been a patient there for three years. Not the first time they've not returned or followed up on a call.

I was a patient of Dr. Mckinnon's for many years. He's more THAN EARNED his retirement and I had a great Doctor. He's missed greatly. He and Dr. Stewart were the founders of this practice at least 30 years ago. Medicine has changed - one MD made a point of fussing ME out when I was having an asthma attack - and didn't call the day before - it wasn't bad until Saturday when I called. Monetary based medicine leaves much to be desired! Great office staff, great practice manager, Great Retired Dr. Mackinnon! Thank you!!
