Stuck up staff. Rude and inconsiderate. Wont even help a single mom with a stroller when they're struggling to get through the door but will open the door for another coworker at the door no problem. Only has a 10 minute grace period instead of the typical 15 minutes. They suck at answering the phone and will have you on hold for longer than you actually speaking with them. One time during a checkup, the doctor (brooks) said nothing of the giant wax ball in my daughters ear when she checked them. Shes very dismissive when you bring up problems. Chesapeake pediatrics is way better.

This place is ridiculous. last appointment we were 20 min early and waited an hour because it was slammed. This time I'm ten minutes late due to traffic and they turn us down with a totally empty parking lot and waiting room. Considering how far out they make their appointments and to have no grace window is just unprofessional and unrealistic expectations for today's modern society. Sad to say we will be looking at other places that are more family friendly .

I called in as a new patient to schedule an appointment for my toddler. I spoke with Gail whom didn't seem too excited to fulfill my request. She casually interrupted me and rudely asked for "Dad's" name. Unfortunately, I am a single mother.

Dr Wunderlich is the absolute best pediatrician! She provides excellent care.

I am just finding out that my daughter may need a shot that's required for 12th graders. Call to the office and they would not look in my childs record to relay this information. Then tells me that she's not a nurse. Since Dr. Curry has left they need to close the building

Go anywhere else. They act like helping you is a huge inconvenience. They want you to show up 20 minutes before your appointment and then make you wait an hour and a half to even get in a room let alone see a provider. They have no business accepting new patients because they can't even handle the ones they have. Front desk staff are under informed and uncaring. Seriously. Go. Anywhere. Else. They should be ashamed of themselves.

We go here for both our kids. Currently 3 yrs and 6 months. Have gone here since our 3 yr old was born and love our Pediatrician Dr. Wunderlich. We found her through church and everyone here is very nice and helpful.
