I was really surprised to see all of the bad reviews, but I had a great experience here. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left everyone was very helpful, patient, and kind. Both my doctor and nurse were incredibly patient with me, while being very kind and reassuring of all my questions and concerns. I’m not dreading going back like I usually would with the doctor!

PLeaze RUN Seriously """First and last time here .the Nurses in back Appear to Lack Self Awareness & are Very Non Transparent with the Patients Needs /Concerns Very Rude & Insensitive.Very Unprofessional the female Nurse in the back area was "Short with my Family member Very Nasty /Rude Wait I Need to Concéntrate as if were unnerving her .......Unbelievible Geesh of course we will Never Return to this particular Franchise in this or even the nest lifetime.

Horrible customer service. Would never pick up the phone, or had a bot tell me they were closed or at lunch.

They are harvesting personal data and not much else.

Very disappointed. Will not be coming back. All the front desk workers did not know how to do certain things. Not mad at the women, makes me mad seeing companies just abandon new people when they not fully trained. I would feel embarrassed. I was brought back for the nurse to take my vitals and she told my significant other they were not allowed back, but in the rudest tone. I then walked back and while answering all her questions I picked up my phone once to update my partner about everything going on, she tells me to put my phone away. I simply put my phone away, but then is questioned THREE times about my drug history. Completely unprofessional. If I tell you no one time that’s the end of the conversation. Needless to say I will NOT be returning.

Hands down the worst medical office my wife & I’ve been to in the Hampton Roads area. Our experience seems to have been the same as many others; between the rude front desk staff & lack of compassion from the medical team we’d highly recommend looking elsewhere for a better patient, doctor experience.

The lady Elisa (front office telephone receptionist) always answers the phone in a extremely rude tone. Her responses are very short, blunt, she cute you off while speaking, and she huffs and puffs while you’re speaking as if you are irritating her. Today she hung up on me twice by slamming the phone in my ear. The second time she didn’t hang up all the way, and I overheard her complaining to the office staff about me “being rude and getting on her nerves.” COMPLETE LIES !!!! Every encounter I have with her is this way. I have never been rude with her. Elisa, is very rude, condescending, unprofessional and should be completely banned from communicating with patients. I love Grace, she is a great provider and very sweet, but at this point I don’t wish to return to this practice. I do not do business with places where I’m treated rude and unfairly for no apparent reason.

I like the Nurse Practioner Grace P. She is so very nice, caring, and doesn't rush you out of the room. She listens to concerns and takes her time to address. Her nurse Tyna is the sweetest, I'm just glad she stayed when Dr Hughes left, Nurse Tyna is amazing! I give only 4 * because the secretary by the front door could be a little nicer.
