All The front desk lady except Ms Becky are nasty and rude, no people skills please remove them and find people who are GREAT at customer service!!!

This review is specifically for Karen at the front desk. She is incredibly condescending and rude. You would think working at a pediatric facility she would have some empathy but she does not. She never bothers to greet you when you walk in and just continues with her personal conversations. She gave me such an attitude on the phone claiming the nurses would need so much more information. However, when the nurse called back, she could not have been more kind and helpful. Karen should stick to her job title but even that she needs some major training in.

I have been going here for 11 years. The doctors and nurses are fantastic however there one front desk lady whom is not in the least bit caring of her treatment of parents. I drove 45 minutes each way to pick up a school note which was refused since I cannot find a photo ID. After 11 years you would think there would be a minimal courtesy but no. None. And the demeanor was just as rude.

This review is solely for one of the ladies at the front desk. The care we receive from our NP is great!! However, the one lady at the front desk talks to both my husband and I like we are dumb. She is rude and condescending! We are both health professionals. You are the first person we encounter upon arriving to this facility so please set a better tone for the families coming in!! I hate having to write reviews like this. Officer manager needs to talk to her and do some customer service training ASAP. Thank you to our NP and nurses that have been awesome.

The front office staff are very nasty individuals. They are rude and act like you are bothering them from simply checking in your child or if you are picking up paperwork. They scream at you and roll their eyes. This is every time I go however I stay because the providers and nurses are amazing. Today one of them asked a common sense question and when I replied she added “well I asked because my son is in private school so…” (whoopdeedoo) Which is irrelevant. She wanted to act like her situation was better than mine. HOWEVER most of the kids that goes to this practice is in public school and you work in this field. I don’t understand - I’ve also let the back office staff know each time and if you decide to choose this practice - please report it. I've seen them treat other parents the same. It’s really crazy…… this is where we bring our kids and newborns. It’s really ridiculous that people like this are working at this children's pediatrics - CHKD would never. They obviously hate their job so find a new one - don't take it out on the parents.

Grandson has been going since birth. He is 15 I love his doctor Bernadette Lamotte NP and she is the perfect fit for him. Very professional and down to earth 💕✊🏽💪🏽👩🏽‍⚕️ 🌹

Excellent physicians . However front desk personnel and office manager are very unprofessional with horrible attitudes.

It’s apparently a crime to park in the shade here when it’s over 90 degrees out and your AC doesn’t work even if you’re not blocking anyone from getting in or getting out.

We normally see Daphne Hernandez, CPNP, and I’ve never had an issue with her quality of care and attention to detail to all of my children’s needs. That’s the only reason I gave this review 3 stars. However, if this review was based solely on Dr. Robertson, I would have gave a 1 star rating. I recently had to schedule a sick appointment for my 2 year old son, and she was the only doctor available for us to see. All she cared about was testing for COVID. She wouldn’t even come in the exam room to evaluate my child until the test results were in. Even after she did her evaluation, I got zero answers for my child having a fever for over a week, no appetite and diarrhea. We got brushed off and sent on our way with a prescription of Amoxicillin for “what looked like the start of a possible ear infection...that he most certainly didn’t have the week prior.” She even gave us the wrong dosage after going to check the dosing chart, and even though his COVID test came back negative, no other tests were performed to see what was actually wrong with my child. To say I’m displeased with the so called “care” my child received would be an understatement. All anyone seemed to care about at that practice was COVID testing. It’s like outside of testing and treating COVID, they didn’t know how to treat and care for their patients anymore. My baby is still sick and running a fever after being on an antibiotic for 3 days. I’m probably going to end up having to take him to an emergency room to hopefully be treated there. That visit was an absolute joke.

Amazing service for the last 9years. After moving I drive from Virginia Beach to them and adore Bernadette and Dr. Robertson. They are all fantastic.
