I had the best experience at this facility. There was not a long wait to be seen and the NPR was extremely informative, patient, and kind. She even came out to answer a question I had forgotten to ask after I left the room. The provided written details about my visit were extremely helpful too.

Velocity urgent Care is a wonderful center to go into I walked in receptionist took look at me and knew that I wasn't feeling well she walked me to the kiosk process she brought the paperwork to me .after that the nurse came out called me and the nurse was compassionate understanding she knew I wasn't feeling well she was easy with me she helped me to get settled into the exam room . the doctor came in she looked at me she knew I wasn't feeling well. she understood my pain she talked to me she gave me information on how to take care of myself. let me know that I would get a prescription I would have better relief call me back if if I needed more help I would recommend velocity to anyone

All I'm going to say THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR SICK TIME GOING THERE then they charge you a $1 Don't know why but hey they do. They are not compassionate at all for patients
