This is the only place to take a child in an emergency. They saved our grandchild's life. The nicest, most caring group I have ever dealt with. We will always remember you.

I'm not happy with the ER and honestly, I wish I could give it a 0 star. I brought my 4 year old son in because he was experiencing shortness of breath, a horse cough and difficulty breathing. Two families came in after us and were seen by a doctor before us. We waited in the waiting room for almost an hour and a half and ended up just leaving without seeing a doctor because the nurse, Rachel, said pretty much that my son seemed "okay" when I know for a fact that something is going on if he's having difficulty breathing. But it made me feel like my son wasn't as important as the other children. I wouldn't have brought him in in the first place if I didn't think it was important. I used to go to this hospital as a child. I grew up with this hospital and to have my son be put off to the side like that, makes me livid. I understand covid is going on but HE WAS EXPOSED AS WELL. He should be given the same treatment, not because of covid, but because HE IS A DAMN CHILD.

fount out they were severely under feeding my tube fed child with down syndrome. failed to look over notes and catch their mistake. my child has had severe constipation and is underweight from it. also left after hours in hospital waiting to see nutritionist who never showed. we were almost locked in and had to search for a staff member to see whats going on.

There's so much wrong with this place I went here with my mother in law because Im too passive to say what I need I was there for emergency medical supplies they kept arguing with us and it ended up a screaming match between my mother in law and a nurse names patrick I believe they ended up kicking my mother in law out because he lies and said she tried assaulting him on her way out she stopped at the nursing desk to ask for the supervisor number they covered their badges and the security guard pushed her waist and threw his badge in her face repetitively only one star cuz after the the nurse got me what I needed with little resistance and I got the heck out never going back

My child’s appendix burst. The whole staff has been all around awesome. They have gone beyond just doing their job. The staff has made our stay pleasant. Crystal has done an amazing job! Thank you!

My 8 year old dislocated her elbow. They put a cast on and told us to come back in 5 days to get cast off and a brace on. So today we went in, they took the cast off and then they told us that they did not have the braces in stock! They gave us a list of places that supposedly would have it.They did not even wrap her arm, I had to ask for at least a sling because she can't even move her arm and we left. So I called the Companies on the list, and they all said either they dont carry it or it would take 2 to 3 weeks on average to custom make one because they don't have them. So I went back to the orthopedics at Mary Bridge where we were seen and they basically just said we can't help you. They should have kept the cast on but now my daughter has nothing to protect her arm and they didn't even try to help us. I am so disappointed in this place and our profits over people system😞. They got their money from my insurance so they don't care about the actual child they are hurting.

Ok So I went here once in January 2019 I had to wait a lots of hours for a doctor to come oh also i was born here in 2010

Brought my child in for an allergic reaction which was affecting his throat. We are now at hour 3 of not being seen, worst experience I have ever experienced for something serious. Would NOT recommend if you need Immediate care🤬

They just administered morphine to a child who went in there with a swollen lymph node. When did extremely addictive narcotics become an appropriate treatment for this? Super disappointed

My daughter has been going to see Dr. Frost for club feet and I am incredibly impressed with his level of knowledge and skill. He is courteous and I can tell he really does care about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone. Have trust in him and follow what he says and you’ll build a incredible relationship that benefits everyone involved. I can’t say enough about that guy he’s awesome.
