Recently visited this office for a hair restoration consultation. The doctor and entire staff (especially Tera) were incredibly professional and kind. They educated me on the expected procedure (including maintenance after), cost, and recovery time. I'm still in the process of deciding whether I will move forward with the procedure, but I can safely say if this is something on your radar, this is the place to check out. Thank you very much for the positive experience.

I'm not big on writing reviews but these guys did such a great job, I figured, they deserve positive feedback. One hair restoration place respectfully turned me down because I heal in keloid scars. Which was a concern of mine. But the doctor is confident enough in his capabilities and experience that it turned out to be a satisfying success. The staff their worked very meticulously with accurate precision to install each tiny hair follicle in the correct position. As if it were an art project. Kind people. And recommend those who are weary on getting the procedure done, to get over their little fears and just take the plunge and do it. 2 weeks later. The results are what I desired. Thank you Northwest hair restoration.

I had to put off an appointment twice because of jury duty. When it was finally over, they got me in the same day for my appointment. That is unheard of in this day and age. Outstanding customer service. Besides that, the doctor knows what he is doing and does a great job. Thank you so much.

What a great Team, I am so pleased by the work they did, very professional and knowledgeable Team. it was a long day but they made sure I was comfortable. I am very satisfied by the Team of Dr. Niedbalski , All of them are greatttt , thank you . I am still waiting to see the outcome ( since it was being only one week) Dr. Niedbalski but I can already tell it is going to be phenomenal. Thank you for the care!

After interviewing a couple different hair transplant/hair therapy offices, I decided to go with Dr. Neidbalski. Dr. N and his team were very professional and educational on the entire hair loss remedy process. The doctor and his team made me feel very comfortable and walked me through my options; tailored to my specific hair loss situation. I didn’t feel pushed to do anything that I didn’t want to do. I felt that the doctor and his team really care for their patients. We decided that the exosome scalp injections would be the best solution for me. A few days before the procedure took place, the doctor called me directly to answer any questions that I had, and to assure that I felt comfortable with the procedure and understood the process. The day of the procedure, the doctor & his team were very kind & patient in getting me prepped (as I am not a fan of needles). I felt at ease & in good hands the entire time. I would highly recommend Dr. Neidbalski & his team to anyone who may be searching for a remedy in their hair loss.

Awesome place to get any cosmetic treatments done. Staff is so welcoming and take great care of you at all times. Doc as usual is great. Dr Niedbalski and his staff are wonderful! Very team oriented and passionate about the work each of them do and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Felt completely confident during our consultation and he understood my needs and desires. Dr is very meticulous, thorough, and has precise placement of each hair follicle especially in how the hairs grow. With many years of experience and knowledge is what has made him very successful and highly reputable hair transplant surgeon in the GNW. I am thrilled with the results of my brows. Years of over tweezing had lead me to having to do something more permanent than micro blading and such. So glad I did this! Thanks to Robert and his staff for giving my brows back~
