Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Carla, Stella, Ashley, and Dr. B are the best and treat you like family.

The staff was wonderful from the beginning to the end. They responded to texts immediately (which let’s be real, aren’t we all tired of calling doctors offices and getting machines???). They clearly care, everyone is friendly and helpful and Barlow is an artist!

The office was clean and the workers well disciplined- not too long of a wait. The nurse talked to me first and listened carefully. When I talked to the doctor he also listened carefully, asking questions to make my needs clear- they also spoke well with each other. He did exactly what I'd asked, and then did the little more I asked him to do. I was pleased with the results.

I’ve been to Dr Barlow for years and have referred others to him. He has such a warm disposition, he is tactful, discreet, does not encourage excessive decisions, finds the beauty in you and enhances it. I trust his eye for aesthetics and he is very easy to talk to. He will not rush you. His staff is top notch as well. They make you feel like best friends, or even family!

This was my 1st plastic surgery experience and I am so grateful to have met Dr. Barlow and his awesome staff. I received a tummy tuck, bilateral breast reduction with lipo to flanks and inner thighs. Dr. Barlow's years of experience and very unique surgical technique made my recovery very easy. During my consultation, I noticed he was very calm, knowledgeable and confident. He LISTENED to me and gave me realistic expectations and goals to meet. The morning of surgery, I was of course nervous but Dr. Barlow with his calm demeanor eased my anxiety. We went over what WE decided together and he assured me, I was in good hands. I live hours away from Dr. Barlow's practice. However, his nurse Ashley and Dr. Barlow helped answer all of my questions (regardless of the time or day). I was off the stronger pain meds by day 4 and using regular ibuprofen for pain relief. My pain on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being severe was a 4. Ashley, his nurse was amazing and very knowledgeable. She gave me suggestions on how to help the process move along - which worked like a charm. Stella in the business office walked me through each option that were available to me and she stayed in constant contact. The front end ladies were always very courteous - to everyone that came to his practice. I would recommend Dr. Barlow to anyone! Trust him. Trust the process. You will not be disappointed. I absolutely LOVE my results.

I have been a patient at Dr. Barlow's Annapolis office for many years. I have had a myriad of treatments, from microdermabrasion, laser treatment for broken veins, and Botox. Last year I had abdominoplasty and a chin tuck. I have had all positive experiences at the office. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. My surgical experience was much easier, both from pain and recovery aspects, than I could have ever imagined! (Not meaning enjoyable!) I recommend this practice to anyone that asks about my experience.

Dr. Barlow is a true artist with beautiful results. I have been so satisfied. I also like the dissolvable stitches. He has done 3 procedures on me & my friends are so impressed. I can’t even see any scars. My recovery was a breeze. He also has a wonderful staff who are always there to answer any questions. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. JoAnne

From making an appointment with Stella who is always gracious and accommodating to consulting with Noelle and Kathleen who are so knowledgeable about skin care and cosmetic issues.
