Scarlett did my LTR and it was quick and easy!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This business is a scam. My poor mother wasted $1000+ and hasn't had help from anyone just the same repetitive bullshit answers from people. The "lead clinician" was supposed to call us we heard about 3 times. Nothing. My mom was told she could get fillers for the wrinkles on the side of her mouth. Halfway through her appointment they only did half a syringe because of "swelling," and told her to come back in two weeks. Yeah well the swelling looks like lumps now on both sides of her mouth. (It isn't swelling.) She feels so ugly and upset. This was her first time ever getting work done and now she never wants to again and at almost 60 feels even worse about the way she looks. No one has gotten back to us about a refund or credit towards another treatment. The rest of her money is just sitting there as well in the syringe and she's too traumatized to go back. I decided to get work done on my face for the first time and got Botox on my forehead. It's been almost two weeks, there's no difference in my face EXCEPT for the fact that there is a huge hard BUMP above my eyebrows that EVERYONE can notice - except them when I sent them multiple pictures. Again after multiple calls and emails, $1000 down the drain, I hear back from Brian Dickerson because of my "profane rant" (frustration over email about this situation) and he tells me to stop contacting them and he will be dealing with me directly. Haven't heard from him either! $1000 gone! Both of our faces look worse than they did before we got the treatments done. Not to mention my mom days after the treatment happens to get a blood clot and internal bleeding and has been in the doctors that we come to find out could be ** potentially related to this as well. Heartless people to lie to a 60 year old woman who just wanted to feel beautiful again.

Laseraway is the absolute best! Nearly painless and the best staff- I wish I could work there and be friends with everyone! After I had some confusion about my appointment time the previous day Veronica opened the store early to get my treatment done before my trip so I could stay on schedule. Ashley at the front desk was so kind and caring and gave me amazing recommendations and helped me plan the rest of my treatments. Overall, appointments can be daunting but I always look forward to the time I get to spend with my girls at LA!

I did my instant glow laser facial with Scarleth! She did such an amazing job explaining the process and accommodating my needs! The face mask and cooling after the treatment was my absolute favorite! Can’t wait to comeback weekly for my facial 😍

Scarleth did my IPL today and my laser removal for legs, brazilian, underarms and she is amazingly good!! I do love that they have registered nurses and no techs, I care about my body and who is doing it and Scarleth and LaserAway are very safe, thorough, and clearly know what they are doing. I’ve been very happy with my results and wanted to post to share my experience. You will not regret choosing LaserAway.

My nurse Scarleth is amazing! She is extremely relaxed and extremely proficient with laser hair removal! Couldn’t ask for a better nurse who made me feel compfortable from beginning to end!

I saw an ad on Instagram and thought I'd try it out since facial hair is so annoying. I was tired of tweezing every other day. The customer service they provided leading up to the agreement was superb. Especially the follow-up. After my first session I could immediately see the results. My hair areas are thinner. My nurse, Mirielsa, made me feel exceptionally comfortable.

I've been going to LaserAway for months and just went to the Tysons location for the first time since it opened. I got my Xeomin from Nurse Rachel and she did an awesome job! She is one of the best nurses who has done any of my treatments. She makes you feel comfortable, and you definitely know she understands everything she is doing. She is also just a fun and nice person in general. LaserAway Tysons is the place to go and make sure you ask for Nurse Rachel!
