Rude with pathetic communication. She has no empathy for her patients. Had a simple question about Metformin because there was a clear warning on the NIH website. I even provided the link to the NIH site so that she can see that warning without any effort. She didn’t even bother to simply click and read the warning for a concerned patient. How irresponsible somebody especially in medicine could be. But she had the time to write a long rude note to the patient. She ignored the question I had. My concerns were transferred to her staff who knew nothing except to quiet the patient. If you love your health don’t walk away from her but run to the mountains. Very knowledgeable and explain clearly

Give details and easy to understand

I did research to find a doctor who was a specialist in Endocrinology. I just think God that I found Dr Shrestha. I made an appointment with her about my medical issues and she was and is so knowledgeable and pleasant. I found out I needed to have surgery real soon, and she recommended the best surgeon ever. I am currently still under her care after having surgery. L Burrell

Do yourself a favor and find ANY other doctor.

Very patronizing, dismissive and I don't trust her as a physician. And dont get me started on the office environment. It's always enjoyable to be billed for procedures that never happened. This practice is very disorganized, and unclean. Only makes sense that they would also have incompetent providers.
