List of Ahmad O Noori's Reviews
Immediately I was amazed at the great customer service I received from the front desk staff Shabnam. Listening to her interact with patients on the phone and appointments I can see that she really cares about her patients. It's very hard to find that at Dr's offices these days. Dr Noori is excellent. He looked at my meds first to make sure nothing will affect my kidney transplant. Dr Noori is very personable and actual listen to what you need to say instead of cutting you off like most offices I go to. So far so good!!!
I had a great experience told dr.norri what I wanted help with and he was matter of fact and I like that. if you want pampering not the places I go. since my time is valuable i like direct and to the point. I am going back again today. I truly get tired of reviews when people are expecting some kind of royal treatment. I ain't got the time. thanks Dr. norri for being direct and to the point. see ya soon.
Even one star is a lot. The worst doctor ever. Where did he get his degree. How come he is allowed to practice. He is the rudest and careless doctor I ever seen. He will keep charging your insurance and it will send you a bill and won't treat you at all. The receptionists there are the worst attitudes ever. just like him. He is dying for money and will do anything to charge you and won't treat you. He is a Lier and disgusting person. I should first read ppl review before go to him. Plz safe your self from this person.
- Upon arrival I felt like I was a bother to the entire staff - Dr. Noori was terse and unapologetically quick, didn't answer my questions about drug families and side effects - I asked if he would send my prescription right away as I was planning to go straight to the pharmacy, to which he said Yes. I knew better than to trust his office so I called ahead, no prescription was sent. I waited 4 hours and went to the pharmacy (no prescription). I called the office, "oh he's unavailable, he'll probably send it on Monday." - Needless to say, I will not be returning to this office
I've been taking care of my 81 year old mother after she had COVID. On her first visit to Dr. Noori's office, I over heard the Dr asking the receptionist "whose blood had been left in the centrifuge overnight??". While he was trying to find out, she huffed around, found the patients name, grabbed the blood and went out to send it out for testing. After it had been left out overnight. That should have been the warning sign that I should grab my mother and leave...My mother was having issues with her blood pressure meds (recently changed), she would take them, her pressure would tank and she'd be all but unresponsive. When I told Dr Noori, he looked at the BP taken by his receptionist (who had done such a bad job my mother was in tears) and he said she needed it to keep taking it. He asked me to drop off a urine sample and sent us on our way. Around this same time, my mother had a bad reaction to a pain med and was hospitalized, the hospital found that she had a massive bladder and kidney infection. Wait what?? you'd think Noori's office would have caught that..Flash forward to two weeks after my mother was released from the hospital, she thinks she getting a urinary track infections and wants me to call Dr. Noori. I call his office, I get the receptionist who doesn't know blood can't be left out overnight and she says she can't take a sample that day. BUT if we'll bring it in the next day, she will write a note letting them know what the sample is for. I say fine.. My husband drops the sample off the next day. Three days later, I call to find out if there were results and I am told by the one competent women in the office that when she came in to work that day, she found the sample, didn't know what it was for, and asked Dr. Noori if he needed the sample... he didn't know what it was for either. The receptionist I had spoken to the day before didn't bother to leave a note. They want us to leave another sample. The excuse given was that the receptionist was new.. well she's been there four 4 months that I know of and clearly is just as incompetent as she was in February when she left blood in the centrifuge overnight and still sent it out for testing. There is a HUGE difference between being 'new' and being incompetent and uncaring.
Best doctor in the area. First he was my parent's doctor, then he became mine and now my wife's doctor as well. He is down to earth, caring and compassionate. He takes his time until he fully diagnosis the problem. I and my family are thankful to him.
I really don't like writing bad reviews however we are in the middle of a pandemic I believe people should be warned. There are three patients involved ages 40-70. Dr. Noori Ahmad in December 2019 serviced me for Dermal Facial Fillers, Botox and Lip Augmentation. Dr. Noori was very impatient, uncaring, anxious for payment and rushed. The front desk was rude and seemed to ask another employee in the back (an African American young woman who seemed to be helping the front desk, answering patient questions and getting back to her office in the back as quickly as possible, in the midst of all of this Dr. Noori was asking this lady questions as well. She smiled and seemed to be able to run the entire office alone. Each visit I had was the same, rude front desk, Dr. Noori being more interested in my payment than my treatment and I was totally unsatisfied with his service. I felt bad asking the African American young lady questions that the front desk should have known, and I said to her how long have you been doing this and what exactly do you do, everything? She smiled, excellent personality and patient service, she informed me she had been in the medical field almost 25 years totally and that she loved helping people and loved the field. I said to her if you ever want to leave this place I know many doctors (turns out she is the office biller) that would love to have you, starting at least $40.00 per hour with full health and vacation benefits. We are in the midst of a pandemic, many people are at risk of losing their health insurance. We need people that care in this field. We have lost over 230,000 Americans alone. Dr. Noori is a scammer and I believe he is racist. He does not care about his patients. My friend could not even get her lab results over the phone from the front desk. My last visit was in December 2019. Sadly my friends are both diabetics with kidney issues ( He is the Director of Reston Kidney Dialysis - smh - as well). He does not follow-up, some of the tests they told me he gives they have no idea what they are for, there is no follow-up. Scammer, stay away from him, whether you need a cosmetic service or a primary care doctor, please, there are doctors out there who really care. He doesn't, not at all. Anonymous
Staff is rude and indifferent to patience needs and concerns. I called for blood work order just to find out nothings has been done. When I got to the lab there was nothing for me. I waisted have of a day for nothing. When I called front desk to explain issue they didn't even apologized. Scam place for sure.
Staff is slow and indifferent. And so is Dr. Noori. I called for blood work order and talked to front desk girl. She said she will take care of it. Nothing was done. When I got to lab corp there was no order there for me. I called Dr. Noori office right away. Front desk girl did not even apologized . I spend have a day getting nothing done. Stupid office with stupid lazy people.
Stay away he has no clue what a good doctor is.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
