Dr. Owen is a wonderful doctor - 5 stars. She listens, is really up on all the research, and steered us through a successful treatment. My complaints have nothing to do with her, but rather the communication of CCRM Northern Virginia. I would give CCRM 3 stars. I spent the first 4-5 weeks of my time at CCRM calling over and over, emailing via the portal and getting no response. It was disheartening and stressful. If the practice can figure out how to fully staff to their needs, I would be more forthcoming with praise.

Dr Owen is a gem. She is so thorough and is always willing to explain step by step the process of IVF. Even better, she is the one that administers HSG which is difficult on its own, but with her, it was completely do-able and she is so empathetic. I truly am thankful for her demeanor and support during my IVF journey.

I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Owen and the entire staff at CCRM. Dr. Owen has made our entire journey so easy and enjoyable! My only regret is that we didn’t find her sooner and wasted so much time and money dealing with Shady Grove! Every step of the way Dr. Owen and her entire staff were there to offer THE BEST care and guidance. I think every doctor needs to step foot into her office and really take note how to treat patients. Unfortunately, I recently moved 1000 miles away, but we have decided we will be flying back to continue to be seen by Dr. Owen. (That’s how crazy good she is!) Pros: • Very Forward Thinking & Extremely 🏳️🌈 Friendly • Highly Intelligent 🧠 & will happily take the time to explain everything to you thoroughly so that you can understand! • Genuinely compassionate about you & your specific needs! • Gorgeous office with advanced technology! • Nicest, most friendliest staff I have ever met! Cons: NONE! - well except for the fact that there is only one of her!
