I love my psychiatrist and therapist here! The receptionists here are so helpful too. It's so easy to get in touch with your providers and scheduling is easy. Everyone is so kind and understanding!

Vick Mishra is an absolute GEM. First time I have felt listened to, understood and involved in my therapy, Highly recommend.

I recently worked with Yashika regarding a billing concern I had, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She handled everything quickly, kept me updated, and turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy one. This really shows how much this clinic cares about its patients, not just in their healthcare but also in their customer service. The providers are great, and the staff has also been absolutely wonderful :)

Inspire behavioral health seems to be a very professional outfit. I especially enjoyed my interactions with the management staff. They were always very helpful and courteous and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, my therapist fired me because she said I was "venting" and not doing the "real work" ? I'm still not sure what the problem was -- prior to Inspire behavioral health I had had 2 1/2 years of talk therapy with a therapist that retired during Covid and we got aIong great? I guess cognitive psychotherapy (CBT) is miles away from talk therapy? My therapist was not interested in telling me what the difference was -- It was a very upsetting experience for me and I regret it.

Dr Bhagwan Bahroo is experienced, patient and caring. He really cares about how you are coping in your daily life. I would highly recommend him as a psychiatrist.

Shalom, Amalia. Ana, and Briana are all amazing. Dr. Goyal protect them at all cost because they run the practice smoothly and efficiently. As some mentioned in a previous comment you should think about hiring more front desk staff to take calls because phones are ringing left and right. 2/3 times am I having to leave a voice message. But I do get a reply within 2 days. I know the current staff are at their max capacity. I really like my therapist, Sarah Biggs and my psychiatrist Dr. Bouchard. Sarah is your number one asset, it’s hard to find some who is truthful, kind, non judgmental and who will actually help you get to the root of your problems. Dr. Bouchard has a sense of humor which helps during stressful situations. But man is he late to many of our appts about 5-10 mins. But it’s worth it, because he gives quality of care to each patient. Listens to the overarching issues going on in my life. Getting an appt with him has been easy. Your people are the one that make this practice thrive. Plz don’t get rid of them!!!!!!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Rankin earlier this year, and every visit since then has been a genuinely positive experience. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a calm, thoughtful way of approaching care. He truly listens, takes every symptom into account, and makes decisions with care and transparency. What I appreciate most is that he explains things clearly and ensures I feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. After years of feeling tense with other providers, it’s a relief to finally have someone who genuinely cares and makes appointments feel reassuring instead of stressful.

This clinic is very exceptional and professional. The doctors and staff are very caring, especially in the way they treat their patients. And they always ensure follow ups.
