Waste of time !!! Not only did the Dr not listen and pay attention to my words and requests, but even for the annual check-up that I went for, she did not perform tests required, which I later saw in MyChart she answer without question or test!! She didn’t ask many questions about annual checkup and didn’t take time and not paid attention to what I wanted. It was very short, and instead of feeling good about the appointment, I was upset the whole day. It was waste of time and I am very upset. I had to make another doctor’s appointment took 2days off work for something that could easily be done. Even this doctor did not take time to review my test result and obviously added her note very carelessly. Not even see the problems With the blood test !! I am totally disappointed and she had attitude on referrals also ! I am not sure why I should experience this attitude, ruined my day and my annual testing!

PLEASE DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS ISSUES. I HAVE COVID AND MY PRIMARY PHYSICIAN WAS OUT ON VACATION. I HAD A TELEMED VISIT WITH HER. SHE WAS READING INFO FROM THE INTERNET AND NOT EDUCATED WITH COVID. I SENT 3 MESSAGES VIA MY CHART. THE MESSAGES SHOWED THEY WERE READ. THE NURSE FORWARDED MY MESSAGES TO HER AND SHE TOTALLY IGNORED THEM. FEVER OVER 100. I NEVER HEARD FROM HER OR RECEIVED FEVER REDUCING MEDS. NOT TO MENTION I SPENT 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THE OFFICE WITH THIS CONCERN. I CAN GO ON AND ON. BUT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF. SHE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. SHE MAKES INOVA QUALITY THUMBS DOWN. 👎

I should have checked reviews before seeing this doctor. As soon as she heard that I have a cough she send me to get tested for COVID. Meanwhile, I can't sleep at night because of my cough, I do need a stronger medicine than she prescribed. I told her I got sick from my son who was diagnosed with ear infection, cought and fever, but she totally ignored it. So, after my negative test results came back for COVID, she suggested only plenty of rest. This was a waste of my time and money, I lost a couple of days and still no improvement in my health conditions. I'm going to have to see another doctor.

Dr. Choi-Blanco is an "investigative" type of medical practitioner who ordered a multiple of tests to obtain a through diagnosis. This is extremely important to me, especially as a relatively new patient. I require a dr. that asks the "why" and searches for the correct answer.

I highly recommended Dr. Jennifer S. Choi-Blanco to anyone looking for a great physician. She goes above and beyond in the care of her patients. She’s professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She is kind and takes the extra time to explain test results and answer questions. Dr. Choi-Blanco’s personalized care is without a doubt the best!

Horrible! My first new patient visit she requested I get my blood work results from the emergency room or my last doctor even though they have a lab in office. A wellness check first visit I should have had blood work done especially when I explained a few health concerns that were getting worse. She hardly touched me or asked any questions such as when my last mammogram and pap smear were. The whole visit was focused on my mental health. My breathing is worsening amongst other things that she clearly ignored. Patients want doctors who not just listen but hear them. Very bad choice on my part.

I felt unheard at this facility and the level of care was insufficient. No one but the doctor introduced themselves so when I tried to explain that the MA did not take my height and weight for a wellness visit, I could not tell the physician her name. Side note, the physician did not catch this as she was determining if I was healthy, I had to let her know that it wasn't done. When my height was taken I stated it was wrong as I've been the same height for a decade but I received attitude and a begrudgened "I can take it again if you want". Dr. Choi-Blanco explained to me that pap smears were recommended only after a certain period of time. Be that as it may, as a patient I have a right to request specific care. She continued to try to deter me by saying that the insurance will not pay for it. This was new insurance for me so they did not know when I had my last pap smear. Regardless, it is a process I am requesting as a patient, I was not even asked why I wanted it, just told that it's not recommended. As a minority, this type of disregard for the patients authority in their care is typical but it saddens me that it happened at the hands of professionals who should be more understanding. The medical professionals, MA/nurse and physician specifically, were extremely unprofessional and I will not be seeking care here for my wellness
