Louise D Reynolds Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Reynolds is very poor communicator and she proved to be inept. She prescribed a medication that, clearly, she didn't understand how the medication worked. It ended up with me collapsing, hitting my head and being rushed to the emergency room. The ER doctors were perplexed because usually with these medications, the doctor requires you to come back in 2 weeks for a blood test to make sure you were tolerating the medication. That was never mentioned to me. She also said some unprofessional things to me in the aftermath of the incident and on a follow up visit. I will not be returning to Dr. Reynolds.

Dr. Reynolds should not be practicing medicine. I was a patient for five years and she was inattentive, dismissive, judgmental and egotistical. She is also very rude and missed obvious diagnosis that other doctors recognized immediately. I believe she is actually harmful to her patients. I always treated her and the office staff with respect, and in turn, I was treated horribly. Stay away, this woman is a danger to your health and well being.

Avoid if you don't want to waste your co-pay. I had Dr. Reynolds as my primary care physician for several years and I had repeated experiences where she was dismissive of my reported symptoms and sent me home with no medical care. I avoid going to the Dr in general and only go if I am desperately uncomfortable. This last time I went in because I had had fever for days and a raging sore throat with very swollen lymph nodes in my neck. She looked in my mouth and said 'it didn't look that bad', took a sample and then sent me home embarrassed and feeling like I was overreacting. Days later I get a text from my pharmacy saying my prescription is filled. What prescription? Turns out my culture came back with a heavy growth of Strep A. She didn't even call me. Meanwhile I've been around my kids (who love to sneak drinks from my water bottle) thinking I'm not contagious. Just ridiculous. I finally got off my rear and found another primary care dr.

I have been a patient for over 10 years and Dr. Reynolds has always been thorough. During my visits, she takes her time to understand my needs and questions. She is very knowledgeable and has referred me to specialists when appropriate. She has tackled some difficult health issues for me over the years and always does it with kindness and compassion. She has a genuine desire to help people stay healthy through a lens of “whole person.” In addition, the office is rune well and I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes. Now even my children use her as a doctor!

If I could leave no stars I would. Dr. Reynolds cares about only one thing, her own ego. She has wild mood swings and can be downright nasty. She has also misdiagnosed me twice, leading to a far more serious illness than if she had just paid attention and treated me properly the first time. I have left her practice and would not recommend her.

I have left Dr. Reynolds for two very basic reasons. First, she misdiagnosed me twice, which led to a far more serious consequence than if she had taken the time to actually speak to me about my symptoms. Once might be a mistake, twice is just not good medicine. Second, she has significant mood swings. One visit she might be very pleasant, and the next time she borders on nasty, and certainly comes across as uncaring. Frankly, the only impression I have gotten from her is if you sit and say nothing and listen to her pontificate she feels important. If you ask her. any question she gets annoyed. If you actually are seeing medical care, go elsewhere. She just doesn't deliver.

I have seen Dr Reynolds as a primary care physician for a number of years now. She was also the primary physician for my late husband. Her interest in our well being and overall health has been unsurpassed, personal and complete. I highly recommend Dr Reynolds!

After keeping me waiting for an hour, Dr. Reynolds spent a total of 5 minutes with me. She was substituting for my usual doctor for a medication refill appointment. However, despite not reading my medical records, examining me, taking a history,or asking me a single question, she "decided" to not renew my prescriptions. She then wrote in her office notes that I demonstrated "drug seeking" behavior and was insisting on on getting meds (considering I was only there for these meds, why was this such a shock to her?). As if all this wasn't unprofessional and overreactive enough, she also had the audacity to write my health insurance company a derogatory letter claiming false information about me that will permanently damage my medical records. She spent only 5 minutes with me, yet she felt herself "qualified" to diagnose me and to make false informatio in my medical records. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. She is a nut case!

Dr. Reynolds seems to be well trained. However, she is not a warm doctor. Very clinical and gives no real feeling of caring about the patient.
