Dr. Payson and his team at CCRM NoVA are truly exceptional! After having a deeply disturbing experience with another clinic in the area, we decided that we were not ready to give up and found CCRM. We were filled with doubt when we met Dr. Payson for the first time, but he immediately filled us with the hope that had eluded us for so long. It is that hope that ultimately got us through a long, trying battle with infertility. While not every treatment was successful, Dr. Payson always maintained a positive mindset and sought to reassure us without coming across as being unrealistic. He was calm and compassionate every step of the way, and we never felt uncomfortable asking questions. And every other person, from the person working the front desk to the person drawing your blood, treated us the same way. Our beautiful baby girl, Isla, was born last week, and we could not be more in love. We know none of this would have been possible without CCRM NoVA, and we will forever be grateful.

Dr. Payson guided us through the IVF process with expertise, patience and kindness. Despite his busy schedule, he always took the time to answer our questions and give thoughtful advice. Thanks to his persistence, expertise and optimism, we have a healthy 1-year old and three frozen embryos. We also had an outstanding experience with everyone on his team. The entire experience from being greeted at the front desk, to working with nurses and technicians is personalized and wonderful. It's evident that Dr. Payson creates a culture of warmth, kindness and expertise. We are overjoyed with the success he has had in starting and growing our family. We will continue to recommend him and look forward to continuing to work with him.

CCRM & Dr. Payson made our dreams of starting a family come true. We felt totally heard, and in the best possible hands given our tough situation to need to explore IVF. Dr. Payson listens to you, remains a strong sense of humor, and the whole staff is so friendly and empathetic. Dr. Payson and the staff at CCRM is amazing. His patience and diligence with my particular case produced an amazing baby girl! I am 52 years old and started having difficulties with the lining of my uterus. With the constant monitoring of my hormone levels and the techniques for a successful attachment of the embryo, we were successful. What an amazing and beautiful practice.

Dr. Payson and his team are amazing. CCRM overall is the gold standard in fertility treatments. Dr. Payson really knows his stuff and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his bedside manner and how I got to see him at every single appointment. He is awesome to work with and cannot recommend them enough.

My husband and I are so grateful for everyone at CCRM NoVA especially Dr. Payson. They gave us a chance to have a family and I can not express how thankful I am for that. Dr. Payson is absolutely fantastic - as excited as we are to be pregnant, I'm so sad to leave CCRM! We had a bad experience at another clinic before doing three consults and eventually choosing Dr. Payson. He listened carefully to our story and asked lots of questions. It really seemed like his solution for us was based on our individual circumstance, rather than a cookie cutter protocol. Besides being a great doctor, he has a wonderful bedside manner and a great sense of humor. He works extremely hard and really cares about all of his patients. We are so incredibly lucky to have been under the care of Dr. Payson and his colleagues. My wife and I have received care from multiple practitioners on the east coast over our years-long efforts to become pregnant—CCRM Northern Virginia definitely takes the cake. This team provides the best medical care and personal attention, a rare combination. Moreover, there are many ways in which a provider can make the process uncomfortable for an LGBTQ couple—from intentional to aloof—but Dr. Payson and every single member of his team never missed a beat. Rumor has it that you are pregnant Sally very funny right? This was Dr Payson being funny as usual. He is the most professional, compassionate,easy to get along with person. Having a failed natural cycle IVF from a different clinic where I felt like I didn’t matter to them, I gave up on having a child, but when I walked into CCRM, trust me, everything was the opposite from what I experienced with my previous clinic. From the receptionist who I wonder how she keeps track of everyone’s name as they walked in was unbelievable. That makes her a genius which I always shared with my husband. I went for all my monitoring always feeling happy and hopefully. My husband and I felt like Mark the Phlebotomist was always smiling, funny, very chatty and a nerve calmer. My nurse Alicia was always reachable, she answered every silly question I asked her. I am so grateful that our first IUI worked out. Thanks to the entire team of CCRM , especially Dr Payson. He assured my husband and I that he will give us a baby and he didn’t fail. Infertility can be nerve racking, but with the CCRM team, it can be smooth and painless.
