I am forever grateful that we found Dr. Payson and the CCRM team! They were wonderful every step of the way. We had previously met with two other fertility doctors in the area, and definitely felt that Dr. Payson was the best of the best! All of the staff go out of their way to greet you by name, and they’re all so warm and welcoming. The patient portal system they have is great, and any time I had a question during the process, it was answered promptly. We are so thankful for the success we had with Dr. Payson, and the only downside is I wish we had found him sooner!!

Dr. Payson guided us through the IVF process with expertise, patience and kindness. Despite his busy schedule, he always took the time to answer our questions and give thoughtful advice. Thanks to his persistence, expertise and optimism, we have a healthy 1-year old and three frozen embryos. We also had an outstanding experience with everyone on his team. The entire experience from being greeted at the front desk, to working with nurses and technicians is personalized and wonderful. It's evident that Dr. Payson creates a culture of warmth, kindness and expertise. We are overjoyed with the success he has had in starting and growing our family. We will continue to recommend him and look forward to continuing to work with him.

Dr. Payson made a super emotional experience, going through IVF, bearable. His bedside manner is outstanding, and I always felt like he genuinely cared and kept his sense of humor, despite being clearly busy with a growing patient base. He's truly a pro, and I trusted him fully with our process. He showed up personally at the times that mattered most, and was there to celebrate our successes and wins with us. I truly feel like he made our dreams of having a family possible. Thank you Dr. Payson! I would recommend anyone to utilize CCRM for fertility services in the DC area.

CCRM & Dr. Payson made our dreams of starting a family come true. We felt totally heard, and in the best possible hands given our tough situation to need to explore IVF. Dr. Payson listens to you, remains a strong sense of humor, and the whole staff is so friendly and empathetic. I can't imagine going through something so intimate and personal with any other practice. We are so thankful for CCRM and Dr. Payson!

Dr. Payson and the staff at CCRM is amazing. His patience and diligence with my particular case produced an amazing baby girl! I am 52 years old and started having difficulties with the lining of my uterus. With the constant monitoring of my hormone levels and the techniques for a successful attachment of the embryo, we were successful. What an amazing and beautiful practice.

Dr. Payson and his team are amazing. CCRM overall is the gold standard in fertility treatments. Dr. Payson really knows his stuff and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his bedside manner and how I got to see him at every single appointment. He is awesome to work with and cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Payson and his team are amazing! He was very thorough and always answered my questions. He provided me lots of comfort throughout the whole process. It was nice dealing with the whole staff from walking in to the office to leaving the office and that says a lot!

My husband and I are so grateful for everyone at CCRM NoVA especially Dr. Payson. They gave us a chance to have a family and I can not express how thankful I am for that. The staff are always nice and knowledgeable, their nurses answer any questions I had very quick through the portal or phone call. I would definitely suggest anyone who is planning to have a family to make an appointment.

Dr. Payson and his team are incredible. Everyone in this office works tirelessly for the patients. I always felt like I was in the best hands and each and every question I had was answered immediately. We welcomed our first child over a year ago thanks to this team. We owe them so much for the joy they have given us!
