My wife was referred here after an ER visit. We went, she was seen and had blood drawn... and we never heard from them again. Supposedly there's a sign in their lobby telling you they won't call if the lab results are normal. They wanted a follow-up - but never mentioned this to us, and didn't call. When we did finally call about the lab results, the staff claimed this was our fault for not knowing these things.

The office staff are really great. They take time to ask questions and follow up on any issues. The care given in this office is first rate by all medical staff.

He stopped by the appointment only for a short time, greeting me with uncomfortable small talk. He then prescribed me "gatorade" for unknown blood pressure issues that were the reason for my visit. I recieved no information on the results of the tests he ran and was not given a diagnosis. I'm extremely dissatisfied and have since found a new PCP.

Staff is pretty rude and time with the doctor was very short. Don’t plan on interacting with this office in the future.

***** ZERO STARS ***** AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I was assigned Dr Haghighi thru no fault or selection of my own when I was taken to the ER for muscle weakness. Dr H later confessed that he admitted me for "observation" as opposed to being an "inpatient." The problem with this designation is that he confessed MediCare only covers 50% with the first option, yet 80% under the second. The List Price for less than 24hrs turned out to be $14,700!~! but apparently Dr H could care less about what my Out of Pocket costs turned out to be. AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Additionally, he prescribed an IV antibiotic which played more than havoc with my intestines. The rub here was I had no systemic infection to cure, so in this case the cure was indeed worse than the disease. Then I had to argue with him to discharge me. He wanted me to pay $15,000 more a day for the blood test cultures to come back in an estimated 72 hours!! AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Of course, the tests were negative!! And wonderingly why did he prescribe Vitamin D to me, without even mentioning it to me on his one 5 minute pass-by visit? THIS GUY IS THE WORST MD I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! EXTREMELY POOR DECISION-MAKING and COMMUNICATION SKILLS!! AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAGUE HE IS!! ***** ZERO STARS *****

Dr. Haghighi was assigned as the attending when my husband was admitted to Inova Fairfax Hospital. His rudeness and condescending attitude made a bad situation even worse, and his missed diagnosis of the situation and then mistreatment assured there would be no chance of a positive outcome. If you or a loved one are assigned to him, insist on a different attending!

This office is a prime example of how much our healthCARE needs improvement.

If you are looking for Primary Care Physician then I certainly do not recommend this place. I visited here and after checking Dr. prescribed me medicine. I got diarrhea after taking medicine. I called their office for re-consultation with doctor. Front Desk receptionist told me, Dr is available after 5 Days. I told her I need to consult urgently as I am having side-effect because of medicine then receptionist told me to go to Emergency. Then I called their Emergency helpline, this time operator told me, I will get a call-back from nurse in 30 minutes, did not received any call. Then I called again and told them to at least contact Dr and ask him should I stop taking medicine. This time front-desk receptionist told me she will contact Dr and give me a call back but did not received any call..

Dr Parham is great. I really did enjoy being under his care. But his office staff are horrible as of late. They never return calls, they're rude, disrespectful etc. Dr Parham if you get your office in order and acquire better staff I will return. Until then I'm finding another PCP.

On my first visit, I was forgotten and left in the room towards the end of my visit. I wanted to see my bloodwork results. It's taken a month for me to be able to see them. Maria at that office is rude and she just hung up on me. I will not be going back to this office.
