Horrible customer service!! It's hard to getva appointment and I am a recent patient.

Hard to get in contact with the office.

He showed little care and delayed significant time to provide test results. Irresponsible.

Tried to use this doctor as PCP. What a mistake. He was terrible in discussing issues with my health and forgot twice, yes twice to provide test results. His bedside manners were poor and he showed no concern or care to his patient. His office seemed having poison working environment and the black lady receptionist was probably the meanest person I ever met.

I was on the search for a good GP for a very long time after my prior GP moved away. I tried a few, but not until I found Dr. Durr was I happy. I feel he listens, he always has the time to discuss my concerns. He is certainly the engaged GP I have been searching for.

My wife and I have gone to Dr. Durr for many years. We like him because he is a no-nonsense, direct physician. From the reviews, some people think he is brusque. However, the realities of contemporary medicine do not give physicians time to sit around and chat with patients. Dr. Durr has always been direct, followed up quickly, and has been responsive to our questions. His staff is also friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

Terrific doctor, very pleased with him and his staff, especially Raina. Dr. Durr is knowledgeable and committed, is a good listener, is not formulaic and doesn't rush you, and has made a great positive influence on my improved health after very serious back surgery and complications. I owe him a lot regarding my improved quality of life. Highest recommendation and endorsement.

Excellent doctor. Professional, patient, knowledgeable, and very approachable and human. Unlike many doctors who are mechanical and impersonal, rush you, and/or give formulaic diagnoses and answers. Dr. Durr is none of that -- he is what a doctor should be. Also Reina Ayala and Selamawit Spraggins of his staff are terrific and contribute a lot to this professional and responsive office. Reina is friendly and extremely helpful in scheduling appointments. Selamawit is a great nurse.

Me and my dad have been seeing Dr Durr for a few years now. Extremely professional, takes the time to understand the issues and responds promptly via phone and email. Very pleased. No issues with front desk staff either.

I don't know why people are saying he doesn't have good social skills. I like that he's direct and to the point. He doesn't chit chat about other stuff. He doesn't keep you waiting forever. He's super caring and he remembers everything you tell him. They have moved locations and the new location is pretty nice. The front desk staff and nurses are okay, not amazing but whatever. He's great for a PCP. Also he's a total hottie! : )
