I usually don’t have time to post, but 1 star seems a bit unfair for Doctor T. We have changed primary doctors several times since our favorite practice closed. I did my physical today with doctor T and she listened all my concerns and ordered what I think are the correct exams. She also examined my wife and we both agreed to stick with Doctor T for the foreseeable future. Hope this helps

visit was rushed, she questioned my medications and reluctant to continue to prescribe them again, and in my "portal" she listed an incorrect diagnosis when I clearly stated a certain medication was for migraines.

Dr. S. T. has made the third mistake with my prescriptions! This last time I saw her the 6th of February and twice informed her my insurance covers only mail order scripts, I gave her all the new information. A week before my meds ran out I sent her an email with concerns. She sent two emergency refills to my old pharmacy one day after I ran out! I’ve had it with her and her staff costing me money for her mistakes!

But Dr T is great when you get to see her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tandeciarz for almost 17 years. Except for one appointment mess up a long time ago (which was corrected immediately), she and most of her staff have always been attentive to me, making sure follow up visit and prescription order requirements are met. My last visit, the office had computerized signing in system. I think this streamline the registration process greatly.

Complained of dizziness for months. She treated me for an inner ear imbalance after the last complaint of dizziness. Turned out I was dangerously anemic...thanks to another doctor in a different practice. In the past she also treated me for depression to manage abdominal pain (later due to endometriosis and adenomyosis which was the later cause of the anemia). This is the right doctor for the common cold or if you need antibiotics. Otherwise, go to someone who knows medicine.

THe front office is rude. The billing office are a bunch of crooks. THe doctors are full of themselves. Each time I had to wait 45 mins to see a doctor. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Each time i have called to ask a question, they fight with me and make it sound as if I am asking for their first child. RUDE RUDE RUDE!

We have been visiting VFM for past year and I have tried out a few doctors. I do not have any complaints about any of the doctors I have seen so far but Dr. Tandeciarz was the best for me. She was very patient, tried to understand my history and did bloodworks as necessary. She even was able to make a diagnosis and refer me to a specialist (who was worse off than her but thats not her issue).I recommend her!

Me, my husband, and my children, have been patients with Vienna Family Medicine for about 20 years now. They have always been a friendly and professional staff who has always put our health and concerns above all else. Today, I unfortunately was scheduled with Dr. Tandeciarz. She was rude, condenscending, sarcastic at times, and I felt rushed. I immediately left her office after the visit and had decided to never return. However,before I could leave, the very nice and friendly staff at Vienna Family Medicine (especially Nurse Mendoza) saw that I was upset and took the time to speak with me. They were very concerned and voiced that I was appreciated as a patient and made it clear that me and my family mattered. They apologized for Dr. Tandeciarz's behavior and calmly explained things that Dr. Tandeciarz had failed to explain to me in a respectful manner. I do not recommend this doctor at all! But, I HIGHLY recommend the other kind and professional staff members with Vienna Family Medicine.
