I don't ever really leave reviews either unless there is something to say. In this case, I have an ailing aunt I have access to once a week. I set up an appointment to see Dr. Vatankhahi specifically because she speaks Farsi. Inova's automated system called her and she hit the wrong button and the appointment got cancelled. I had planned this appointment for a while to switch primaries but the doctor wouldn't even see her out in the hallway. I understand she can't get a new patient fit in to her schedule, but you could at least show yourself, show you care and apologize for the unfortunate situation inova put me in. Nope, just got the cold shoulder from the staff even after a desperate plea to just give us some indication why we should reschedule way out to see her again. We got nothing and it was a real inconvenience. Her sisters just insisted she change doctors and curiously saw good reviews for this Farsi speaking doctor. Well this is what we got. Selfishness. No caring. No Way. Bye

Please do yourself a favor and find another doctor!! I went with this doctor based off of good reviews and location/convenience. She is rude and has unacceptable bedside manners! I’m a very healthy adult and hardly ever go to doctor. So to have such horrible care when I had to go see her was unacceptable. I will be switching doctors right away! I never leave reviews but I had to warn people about her. Someone needs to look into doctors like this and the care they are giving their patients!
