Vinh B Tran's Online Review Report Card

Terrible. I am fed up with the billing from this office. They keep trying to bill for things that they did not tell me the out of pocket cost or the price range. I signed the consent form without knowing that they will charge more later because I thought that I've paid the full-price already based on the communication among the doctor, the assistant, and me. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but the surprise medical bills asked me to pay for an item that costs 10 times more expensive than its value. I've tried to email and call them, but they didn't offer any helps. It was my first experience at this office and it will be my last.

Dr Vinh Tran is amazing. My mother has been suffering and enduring knee pains for 2 years. She has always been apprehensive of any survey put we were encouraged from friends and family to go see Dr Tran. He immediately diagnosed that my mother needed a partial knee replacement. She's had her surgery in February and 4 months later, after some Physical Therapy is able to walk normal and pain free. She wished she did this 2 years ago. I know take my Dad to see Dr. Tran for his knee problem.

Dr. Tran is a fantastic doctor who is friendly and very generous with his time when talking to patients. The staff at the office were courteous and helpful.

Dr. Tran is Absolutely amazing! I had a partial right and left knee surgery with moko. His staff is Very helpful friendly & the same time very professional. My every visit is incredibly nice experience. Dr. Tran is a best orthopedic surgeon in town. I am ready for my left knee surgery. Our sincere thanks to him and the staff.

Dr Tran has provided excellent care. I had both a partial knee replacement and debridement. I have gone from severe pain and trouble walking to now being able to keep up with young kids and start jogging again. It’s been a major improvement in quality of life! His office staff are helpful, nice, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Dr Tran for joint care and treatment.

I had my knee surgery 6 months ago on February 25, I am worse off today than I was before the surgery. Dr. Tran keep suggesting to use a pennsaid gel for my pain, which I could have done without the surgery

Amazing orthopedic surgeon, miracle worker, able to complete difficult surgeries other doctors would not touch, possibly saved me mothers life. They performed 3 surgeries for her both her knees and her back. Previous doctor had messed up her knee with an incomplete surgery that made her suffer for years. They went in and fixed everything he did wrong and she’s never been better. Thank you!

I never even made it to see the doctor. My appointment was at 3pm, and I arrived at 2:30. I checked in with the front office staff, and realized I was in the wrong suite. So really, I got to the MRI place at 2:45. At 3:30, I had been waiting for one hour. I asked the front receptionist about it and was really nasty. She simply kept repeating that my appointment was at 3:30 because I checked in at 3. And then mocked me to another staffer because I said I could not stay. I see from the other reviews that this is a trend. Dont bother with this location. Update: After consulting with another medical professional I should have never been scheduled for an MRI due to a metal bone implant. Neither of the front desks inquired if I had any metal or mechanical devices.

Dr.Vinh Tran is Amazing , Friendly, kind, Professional,knowledgable, and very experienced I give him more than 5 stars the staff working there was also very kind and professional
