Website is not working, phones are not working and the agents corresponding sporadically via email do not appear to know what they are doing. There’s no way to communicate in a positive manner and the new set up I believe appears to be set up to take advantage of new business owners. I hope the owners of this company will give me a call so we can communicate and attempt to resolve some issues.
