The Doctor was rude and the nurse was not much better. I brought in my three prescriptions since I was a new patient. They messed up the electronic order for all three prescriptions. Will not go back.

Very Ill-mannered and rude. I was noticeably anxious and she’s a few tears trying to explain my symptoms and he told me to stop crying and that he would not help me if I didn’t stop. He ordered a dozen referrals without explanation. I will not be coming back.

This doctor was recommended for my elderly mother. I attended with her to this visit because she was experiencing changes that were disconcerting to me. We were 5 minutes late and Dr. Bhattacharya repeatedly harped on the time of our arrival. Refused to answer a question about her blood pressure. He replied that he can't draw any conclusions because she may have been rushing. He did answer some questions about some of her medicines. The irony is that his office changed the date and time and didn't notify my mom or me. If I hadn't called to verify the appointment time of the upcoming appointment, I would have never known about the change and we would have missed it all together. Very rude and unprofessional. I've never experienced anything like this from any doctor. His nurse was equally curt and short when dealing with us. She told us she didn't have time to answer a question that he told us to ask her. It was just a horrible experience.

Poor interpersonal skills. Short tempered and I'll mannered. He raises his voice to chastise patients and refuses to listen without interrupting.

He is extremely condescending and doesn't provide actual care or assistance. I am seriously concerned about HBP and have had two other doctors tell me to see my primary care doctor to check it out. I have also taken 4 recent readings on my own (on 2 separate monitors) ranging from 158-138/89-104. Dr. B told me today I was 106/64 (he took it manually). I immediately came to work and measured it twice ... 144/97, 139/90. Based on this experience along with other experiences me and my husband have had--I will never utilize this doctor again. HBP and stroke run in my family and I would appreciate some actual care and concern from my doctor.
