Doctor Rosenfeld does not listen to his patients needs. This doctor is very passive and not empathetic. He was sooo rough during my cystoscopy and disregard my pain during the procedure. I also had other issues he didn’t address I will never go here again.

I wouldn’t even give him 1 star. My husband had a terrible experience with this doctor. He has no bedside manner, no respect for patient privacy or their body parts, and doesn’t feel the need to explain plan of care to the patient or their family members.

Dr. Rosenfeld has no respect for his patients or their time. He was at least 45 minutes late every time I had an appointment. He and his staff are rude. He scheduled an outpatient procedure for me and 1.5 hours after the scheduled time 11:45 am, I was told it would be at least another hour. A 2.5 hour delay for a 15 minute procedure. On a scale of 1 to 5 a zero.

This guy hurt me on purpose when he did a digital exam to check my prostate. Three weeks later I 'm still dealing with the fallout and my follow up appointment with a different doctor at Urology of Virginia was no help whatsoever and they charged me for it even though their own doctor caused the problem to begin with. Three visits to urgent care have failed to produce a diagnosis and now I have to wait another 11 days for an appointment with a GI doctor.

Dr Rosenfeld does not care about his patients enough to take the time to listen to what they tell him. Did not listen to a single thing I told him. Once I said I had pelvic injury in past he went straight to urethral stricture even though all symptoms I had were of overactive bladder. Ask me in middle of Cytoscopy what I was hoping to accomplish... Was trying to concentrate and ask him to wait a minute so we could talk. Left room and never saw him again. No uretral stricture. Horrible service

Like everyone said... DO not go to this doctor. He waste of money and TIME! No respond back at all. call twice. He did not do nothing. When ask question he told me: "we can check it in next appointment". Really? do not even think about visit him.
