Dr. Burton Alexander III is a caring, compassionate, professional, thorough and supremely skilled physician whose gentle manner and genuine interest in his patients belies his incredible knowledge and skill in his field. years ago i was beyond impressed when he worked with my daughter helping us through a most difficult time when her white cell count was off the charts. now, he is helping me to understand what is going on with me and why. i cannot help but remark that he appears to model his instructions to his patients and the community by maintaining his own vibrant good health and positive disposition. he is an inspiration. i feel very fortunate to be under his care at this point in my life when so many things are going so wrong. The staff is courteous both at Glenn Mitchell Drive and the new Brock Cancer Center - the Center makes the labs seem less like a task - and the technicians are spectacular! 23 vials - and i didn't even squinch.

Tele visit. Dr. Alexander is great. He is a little fast. This was the first tele appointment. He called over one hour before our scheduled start. That was ok but it would have been nice if I wasn't still in bed.

The Lab visit for blood work and subsequent teleconference with Dr. Alexander was an excellent arrangement for my situation, and yes, I would highly recommend Dr. Alexander to my family and friends.

Dr. Alexander was very kind and explained my situation to me with positive, encouraging words. The nurse who drew my blood was amazing. We talked and laughed together as she cared for me. She was kind and patient and encouraged me through the whole process.
