My son has been attending speech therapy at this location for four years, as well as physical therapy for a few years, and some occupational therapy. Everyone we have worked with has been kind, personable, and professional. They feel like family now. My son has benefited greatly from their help. He now speaks in full.lengthy sentences and tells.stories. We are so grateful. Highly recommend!

My son had tubes placed at the surgery center. Our experience was awesome! The staff, the nurses, and his doctor and anesthesiologist were all so kind. We arrived at our show time of 0600, procedure started at 0730 and we were back home shortly thereafter. They had toys for my son to play with and just made it a great experience. Grateful!!

My daughter had a procedure on her eyes. Everyone was very kind and the process was very smooth. The only complaint I have is that the nurse used her mouth to open a band aid that was going on my daughters iv puncture wound.

Was told our 1 year old sons ear tubes appt was at 11am so we arrived at 1030 but nope it was at 1230 they just wanted us checked in 90min prior just so our baby could sit there fussy and HUNGRY cuz in 12 hrs he's only had breast milk twice and had to stop prior to 9:30. Fast forward to 2:20pm AND STILL WAITING and not a single nurse has came to check on us. Not to mention it took 4 months to get this appt from our referral in November.

My son was really sick and keep coughing last time and I took these mask for spare in case, the receptionist told us not to get a couple mask. I felt bad that day because of that receptionist embarrassed us in front of other people. This staff is more concern about their mask than the well being of the patient. My son never use them, he said it is tight for him anyway. I should bring it today and return it because I noticed that they put their mask on the receptionist desk already rather than on the wall where I get these mask last time. I will not recommend this place at all. I am very disappointed.

The fact that my child was DROPPED due to Stephane fields negligence of zoom link is beyond disturbing. The fact that her supervisor Angie promised to follow up and get to The bottom of it is even more disturbing and disrespectful! Nobody has reached out to me called me back or nothing ! I do NOT recommend this place for special needs children who needs help with speech !

CHKD Gastro is horrible. Put my toddler through the ringer with no results. I was obviously frustrated and the doctor dismissed me. Then she told me to “wipe that nasty look off my face or get out of her office.” I told her I wasn’t being nasty, it’s just my face relaxed because I was listening. She laughed. I’ve never been talked to the way I have in my entire life as I have at CHKD by gastro and ENT doctors. Unprofessional and cruel.

Had a sad experience with a nurse. My toddler was carelessly given a Covid test and the nurse stuck the swab so far up his nose and didn’t even attempt to try to not hurt him and keep him still. You would think as a pediatric nurse there would be the understanding that a toddler is not going to cooperate with having something stuck up their nose. Then when I asked if they had a thermometer that they could take his temperature with they replied no and proceeded to shut my car door and walk back inside. I guess it wasn’t their job to help my son. We will not be coming back to CHKD.

Love Dr.Santos, Dr. B is good too. My only complaint is that there is no answering machine or multiple people available answering the phones. I ALWAYS have to wait anywhere from 30 mins to an hour and a half to get someone to answer the phone. I wait, because what else am I supposed to do....but it is very aggravating.
