There's an extremely rude security guard that works here that both acts like a toddler, and has never had kids of his own. First off, you NEVER confront a child, especially as young as 2 years old, you speak to the parent, or are you that AFRAID of a man of my stature you choose to yell at a child instead!? Second, children do not sit still for long, and unless you want a screaming child instead, they should be able to WALK around. You confronted him while he was WALKING, far from being disruptive, do you honestly have NOTHING better to do than to pretend to be an abusive step father to any child within your sight? How shameful, as a man you should act far better than the children you seem to have a grudge against. Luckily for you, just like a child you sit back down when a man of stature confronts you back. That could've been a bad day for both of us.

I have never had a bad experience with chkd urgent care. The wait time is long however, I like to think that the doctors and nurses are taking their time properly assessing and treating our children.

Came to have my nine month old daughter looked at because her skin was breaking out Sat in the waiting room for over an hour while other people was called in to be seen before us who weren’t there nearly as long as we were. I will no longer be bringing my daughter here.

Wait time was accurate. Staff was very friendly and prompt. The NP cared to listen and calm my sons nerves. Gave us a treatment plan and called in meds right away. Effective and attentive....just what you expect at an urgent care.

My daughter was seen with a viral gastroenteritis and high fever. The medication was sent to a closed pharmacy - the pharmacy they recommended. It took 4 calls to have it resent. After waiting for 30 minutes , the provider ( NP) sent 2 pills of zofran. That is not enough to get a child through. Overall so disappointing. Stay away from this place.
