I have been going there for 5 years now... yearly... all my Appointments were on time (no waiting) paperwork was clear and understandable and the Docs all answered my questions in a way that made sense... Eye Glass Prices are comparable to most other major Eye Care Centers ... the Service on the glasses was above ordinary ... highly recommended
Dr. Labell is friendly, relational, professional and thorough. The office staff was very helpful, conversational and efficient. Even at the end of the day, they were cheerful and willing to go the extra mile to adjust my wife's glasses even though I was there for my appointment. They accepted my insurance and overall the out of pocket cost was reasonable.
When I booked my annual appointment, the best they could do was several weeks after my contacts would expire. The office told me they would put me on a cancelation list in case something opened up sooner. Something did open up sooner and I took the new appointment time. I was running late to the new appointment (booked that same day) and called to let them know. I was told I had a 15 minute window to get there or my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I arrived 13 minutes late, but upon arrival was told I would need to be rescheduled anyway because Dr. Labell had already taken the next patient back. I explained I made their window, and I was told too bad. I asked about taking the other patient's time slot since they had taken mine, and I was told no. Terrible customer service! I've been a patient for years and never had a problem before, but this was ridiculous. I had to use paid leave to take the appointment and then couldn't even have the exam despite meeting their rules.
Called the number listed under his name in March Vision. Asked staff if they will accept my UHC Community Plan .....I haven't finished my sentence and she said very curtly "No!" and hung up. UHC lists him as one of their network providers.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
