List of Cyndi M. Torosky M.D's Reviews
Dr. Torosky and her physician assistants have been taking care of me for over 12 years. Not only has their medical care been professionally excellent, but their manner has been wonderfully reassuring as well.
She and her team are very friendly and professional but most importantly....they are knowledgeable in what they do. Ive been a patient for at least 5 years...probably more. Ive recommended Dr T several times. And can't imagine ever going to a different dermatologist.
Made ana ppt in early May for July, was called last week informed the doctor changed her appointment template and had to cancel my appointment. I called to reset appointment was told I had to wait till August. Asked if someone would ask her if under the circumstances of waiting two months and taking off work if she could see me and she refused. I find her unprofessional and would not recommend anyone to make an appointment with her. She obviously doesn't care about anyone but herself. Will find another practice that is more professional!
She did everything possible to get my psoriasis under control. Very caring and sympathetic. Helpful staff. Tried new and innovative procedures and even made sure that my insurance would cover ecpenses. Awesome! Psoriadis under control now.
Saw Dr. Torosky today. She took her time and explained the benefits and cost effective options to help. She also treats my 5 year old and was very good when walking her through plantar wort removal.
I had a rash that would come an go,burn and leave dry skin. Dr Torosky prescribed a medicine that was suppose to help,it only made it worse. The prescription was for someone that had acne and to dry up the area. I did not have acne and my dry area only got worse. I was very disappointed. We trust a doctor to do the right thing. How could a doctor prescribe a medicine that would have an effect to dry your skin when you already have dry skin. Will not use this Dr. again or recommend.
Dr. Torosky was very helpful. She knew the problem right away and took her time explaining everything to me. She even got me the prescription I needed free of charge after I explained I was worried about my co-pay. This is the doctor to see, she seems like she actually cares.
I told her of a bump on my skin that I was concerned about. She looked at it and immediately grabbed a can of cold spray and sprayed it on the bump. I wasn't told that there would be a charge for that. It literally took about 5 to 10 seconds to spray the area. A week later I receive a bill in the mail. Apparently, I received a surgery while there called Cryosurgery. I never heard of that term before. I also received a bill for that for $250.00. She said I consented to the surgery. I didn't.
When my daughter called soon after her appointment regarding medications prescribed (thought she was also prescribing pills but no precription for pills received by pharmacy) she was unable to reach anyone. Left messages and no one returned calls. Pharmacist provided some direction. Very frustrating and disappointing medical care. I am frustrated and embarrassed for referring my daughter to Paiser. I would not recommend Dr. Torosky to anyone.
Dr. Torosky talked so fast and made me feel SO rushed. She never once asked me to show her specific areas I was worried about. She just scanned over my body, and pointed out things using their medical term (things I can't even pronounce - so I'm NOT going to remember). I took a piece of paper with me of issues I wanted to talk to her about. It was hard to get a word in. I never did ask her everything on my list. She rushed me out.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
