List of Deena Falsetta Gilbert's Reviews
While Dr. Falsetta may not be the closest doctor for me, I will always go to one of her offices. I tried someone closer to my work and they could not get my contact prescription right and I've never had any problems with Dr. Falsetta. Both of my aging parents agree with this as well (one who is VERY particular about his vision).
I have seen Dr. Falsetta for years. I have dry eyes and was having a hard time with my contact lenses. She was very patient with me and helped me find the right brand. She knows a lot about contact lenses and the different types to make me feel comfortable. She even said she tries different brands herself. This way she knows the way different brands feel after a long day. She is always friendly and listens. She is very nice and personable.
Unfortunately Dr. Gilbert examined my eyes and wrote an RX for glasses that was two degrees too strong. ( I learned that compared to my current RX, the new one she wrote was two times stronger) At first I thought America's Best had mixed up the RX in my glasses. I had to return to Mid-Atlantic Eye Care, have my eye's re-examined and learned that Dr. Gilbert had made the mistake. I was given a new Rx to take back to American's Best to remake my glasses with the current RX remaining the same. Dr. Gilbert also had incorrectly written the RX for my reading glasses which also had be corrected and also is being remade. Not sure if Dr. Gilbert was having a bad day on the day I was there as people sometimes do, however this was an inconvenience for me at best!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
