Doesn’t listen and misdiagnosed
Talks over you, doesn't listen to symptoms. Now we will have to go to our regular doctor for a second visit. I don't mind, he is good, but when you have recurrent symptoms over a weekend that may indicate kidney stones, you would think she could have at least done a urinalysis.
She doesn’t listen to her patients. Talks over them. Wasted time with her now have to go to another doctor who cares listens and treats their patients with a proper diagnosis.
RUDE!!! I Just seen her after a car accident. She DOES NOT LISTEN to anything you have to say. As soon as you start to speak she talks right over you. I was about to start speaking Tagalog bet she would’ve then shut her trap and listened. If I ever go back to bayview I’ll call and see what doctor is on. Stay away from her.
I am newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes so I don't know a lot yet but I will and I will beat it. Anyway I had very high blood sugar for a few days 400+ and had ketones in my pee so after reading the stuff on the internet about ketoacidosis. I kept imagining my wife coming home to me being dead and got really scared, so I went to NowCare. Dr. Mango set my mind at ease, explained to me what was going on, and was super thorough, she and her whole staff are exemplary.
Dr. Mango was by far the worst doctor I’ve ever met. She immediately came in the room, asking questions she quite frankly had little knowledge about. She never shook my hand, she just looked annoyed and was very dismissive of anything I had to say. When your a doctor it’s beneficial to be able to listen to your patients, not dismiss what they are telling you. If you aren’t familiar with the situation at hand please feel free to go educate yourself.
It's no wonder she's accepting new patients. She probably can't keep any! She would ask me questions and then cut me off as I was answering them. Of course, every time her understanding was wrong because she hadn't heard the whole answer so I would have to explain it again. She explains symptoms well but she really needs to actually listen more.
I'm starting to feel like I'll get better customer service if I just start punching doctors in the face when I come to them in pain. Then maybe they'll focus more on getting me some relief and finding a solution than being snarky and trying to rush me out the door. Elizabeth Magno is the worst physician I've seen yet. She would ask me questions and interrupt me as I was answering forcing me to explain things again. But hey, we all make mistakes and show a lack of experience sometimes and that's just what she needs; more experience from customers that aren't going to tolerate her rushing them when they come to her for help. She was very knowledgable about symptoms and explained them well, but I don't recommend her to anyone in pain and looking for any sort of caring customer experience. If you do wind up with her looking at your file, be prepared to stand up for yourself and tell her to shut up and actually listen to you.
I felt rushed even though when I arrived there was only one other patient in the facility at the time and after I had waited over 30 minutes to just get to the back in a room to be seen. She asked if I had any questions but then appears agitated when I began to ask some of the questions I did have.
Absolutely one of the worst doctors I have see . Came in and told me having blood in my urine is normal (I have a kidney disease). She came into the room with my urinalysis results and spouted off at the mouth before asking me why I was there. AFTER her rudeness she said she was going to do an exam and I told her she wasn't going to touch me. She had an awful demeanor from the minute she opened the door. I got my copay back and I complained to the office manager. She told us that this doctor had her own practice. Which was proof that she's a rotten doctor! You don't go from private practice to urgent care because you're good at what you do- sorry!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
