Atrocious. The cruel, unkind, & irresponsible behavior from Dr Martin & her office is absolutely despicable & has put me thru hell. I recently moved to the area, & Dr Martin was the ONLY dr on my health plan for her specialty. I called her office DOZENS of times & they NEVER answer the phone, leaving us poor patients on hold for HOURS - and I mean HOURS. How are we supposed to ever get an appointment???!!! I finally got ahold of a rude person by choosing a different # selection & she hung up on me cuz it was the "wrong dept" - I called back & practically begged her to help me. She told me they take new patients only if I went to ER (who has time to do that??) or get them all my previous records - she just seemed to make things impossible. She also could have cared less that I let her know that no one ever answers the phone. Really? And you are in the health profession? In tears, I enlisted the help of my insurance company, & then Dr Martin's staff made us jump thru dozens of hoops. How uncaring. After 1-1/2 MONTHS LATER we finally got them ALL the requested info - they then just causally tell us that the Dr "only accepts cancer patients"??!!!! So - after all this hell you put us thru, NOW you tell us she only accepts cancer patients? AWFUL. How unprofessional, unkind, and completely wasted so many peoples' times. Dr Martin - get your office together, this is unacceptable. How DARE you & your staff treat people this way. Your office staff is AWFUL & bad behavior like this needs to STOP. How cruel. I do NOT recommend this Dr.

Dr. Martin shows a real interest in her patients and explains conditions and care in a careful and understandable way. I am pleased to be one of her patients.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Martin. She was able to answer all my questions and I had many. I don't think I have ever been to a Doctor that had spent so much time with me as Dr. Martin did. She was able to give me an accurate diagnosis and I will be using her to perform my upcoming surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Martin.
