Have worked with Dr Harrison for years; he is one of the best

Not worth it. If you’re from out of state won’t even bother to find out insurance info. Was being denied treatment for many things that my insurance covers and was told it doesn’t. I would call my insurance provider and they’d tell me I was covered and I shouldn’t have any issues. It got to the point where my insurance had to call their office and by the time insurance got back to me they apologized and said they just have no idea what they’re doing. I’ve never seen any of my money they’ve taken but didn’t neee to back, and I have been trying to get in for an appointment since 2020. They refuse to see me, and refuse to fill my prescriptions. I’ve never had a single pleasant experience and I have a chronic life long desease. I will LITERALLY die without my medicine and they DO NOT CARE!!!! As soon as they see my name they don’t want to help. They are very much about themselves and their money in a field where the patient really matters. I will NEVER. Be apart of the bay area physician group again from this experience. And I hope maybe I can change your mind too bc these are not good people.

Words cannot express the care and concern given to me and my adult son, patient of Dr. Harrison and his team. Going over and above in a very stressful and difficult situation makes this Doctor what sets him apart. Not only is he just the very best at what he does, he also has not let that or the rush of the day deter him from compassion and help when he can. I can only say THANK YOU! You truly make a difference in the lives of those you treat!

I have been treated by Dr. Harrison since 07. He is the most thorough and caring Dr. I have ever seen. It is rare to find a Dr. with his intelligence and humble kind beside manor.Never rushes me and Staff is amazing.

Dr. Harrison is very thorough, and seemed genuinely interested in my health. Alyssa, the receptionist is excellent, courteous and helpful, as she got me into the office to be seen as soon as possible.

If you don't mind jumping through hoops, and being treated like a criminal...just to schedule an initial appointment, then this is the place for you. About me: I have insurance through my employer - and that insurance does not require a referral. Here is what happened to me: I called to schedule an appointment and was told (despite my insurance) that I needed to fax a referral, recent labs, and a recent office note from my PCP. I asked if I could e-mail the documents and was told that they did not accept e-mails. I went to Office Depot, waited in line for 30 minutes and spent $7 on a 4 page fax. I then called Alyssa to confirm receipt. She received the documents, but advised that the office note provided was not actually the "office note" and that I would need to provide the "office note" before scheduling an appointment. I told Alyssa that the documentation faxed (i.e visit summary) was all l had from my PCP and that the "office note" she was referring to, likely did not exist because my PCP appointment was just an initial consult. Alyssa went on to explain what an "office note" was and stated, "you don't have the office note because it was not completed by the time you left your doctors office." In closing: I sighed and told Alyssa to shred the $7 worth of documents. I had already invested two hours of my time, trying to schedule an appointment with this office and I was not going to spend one more minute on it. I am not sure who these folks think they are, but they are no John's Hopkin - and John's Hopkins never treated me like a criminal.

I have been with Dr Harrison for many years and he only gets better. One of my best doctors.

Dr. Harrison is kind, thorough, accessible & one of the finest physicians I have ever been to. His office is pleasant & caring, as well! Need a great Endocrinologist-- you've found him!

I have been Dr Courtney Harrison's patient for over 25 yrs. He has been a wonderful Dr. If anything goes wrong with my health he does his best to take care of me. And if he has to take test or refer me to a specialist. Thank-you dr Harrison I have and will still will refer to anyone. And would like to Dr Beverly Everett & Dr Mason thank you for taking good care of my family.
