The staff, nurses, PAs, and MDs ... all top notch. ON TIME every single time in a clean, organized office with a staff happy to be there. Clearly explained options without the condescending attitude I've encountered elsewhere. Dr. Laurent didn't try to steer me to any choice... he laid out options and +/- of each. I will never go back to their competition and can't recommend this group more. Results were fantastic, too. A+++++

I had a consult with Dr Laurent yesterday to discuss a possible spine surgery. I brought my MRI disk as instructed and although it was on the screen for viewing he never once referred to it to explain the procedure. I felt like I had to ask the questions and he was not forthcoming about any of the aspects of the procedure. If I had not asked the questions I would have not found out anything. It was obvious that he was in a hurry. He looked at his watch twice. Kinda felt like a number. Very disappointed. I’ll look for someone else who will explain the surgery without me having to refer to Google for questions.
