Prompt, staff very courteous.

Dr Miles-Thomas is very thorough and professional. Visited her office this week but all appointments were cancelled due to water heater leak that closed the office. Dr Miles-Thomas knew that I had driven a long way to get there. She called when I got home and did a telemed call to handle my issues. I certainly appreciated her follow up and concerm

Dr. Miles-Thomas is the absolute best. We trust her and will keep her as the urologist for my husband.

Once again, I had a great experience at Urology of Virginia at Clearfield, I went in for a recheck and Dr. Miles-Thomas was my Doctor. She was fantastic. Very nice, very informative, was patient and listened. Wonderful Doctor. Just Great! The office staff was great, the efficiency was 100%

Terrible doctor!! Misdiagnosed me said I was ok! And when I got second opinion another doctor in different practice found prolapse bladder and prolapse uterus!!!!!!

I would give her a zero if I could. I was in Sentra Hospital and she was to do a consult on me. I had CHF and Renal failure. She would even come in the room, claimed I had covid19. I tested negative for covid19 and as she was leaving, said from the door, Leave my donuts outside the door. Such pathetic example of a Doctor.

This was by far the worst experience i've ever had with a Doctor. She is RUDE, cuts you off when you're talking and tries to make you feel stupid. She did not explain anything she was going to do. To top it off she refused to talk to me after the surgery to explain anything she did. Never followed up with me or called in my post op script. I had to go to her admin and schedual a follow up with a different doctor at the practice just to get ansewers. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

“Individualized care” does not exist in this practice. When I had a more complicated recovery, I was told I was given the same medications as all the other patients and that was all she could do. I also sat and talked with her about my concerns with medications and could not tolerate two specific meds. Not 30 seconds later, she tells me that when I’m ready, she has samples of those two medications to try. The office staff are absolutes HORRIBLE, to the point that it’s comical this joint can even stay in business. They are incompetent and inept at their jobs with no customer service skills. As a rule, messages sent through the portal are not returned and phone messages are not related. I will NEVER step foot back in their offices ever again. They’ve lost two patients that I know of... myself and my husband. And they’re about to lose my mother as well.

Dr. Miles-Thomas is phenomenal! If you can tolerate all the crap you have to go through with this office, then you’re in great hands. Every negative comment on here is true... staff is rude, doesn’t return phone calls or emails in a timely manner, sends prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and has to be called twice to correct it. They randomly cancel appointments without notifying the patient and lie about the doctor’s whereabouts for that day. Their “call center” that takes their phone calls during business hours is full of the most incompetent people I have ever tried to talk to. Unless you have an extension for someone, you will never get anything straight. I was not given a pre op appointment to go over my consents and ask questions about the surgery. I had to become very insistent and adamant on the phone because when I called asking for an appointment before surgery, I was told my surgeon was fully booked for the next 8 months. Dealing with them triggers the PTSD I have from a past full of severe medical traumas. One of my other healthcare providers attempted to contact the doctor and was told she was busy with patients and the nurse would call back. Never called back and never even put a message in the computer. Absolutely heartbreaking that an amazing physician has to have an office like this!

I was a little bit worried after reading some really negative reviews but I found her to be one of the best knowledgeable, respectful, caring doctors I’ve ever been to. I’ll look forward to my next appointment and recommend her to all.
