If it were possible to give no stars, that would be my rating of this Dr. He is the rudest Dr. I’ve ever seen. I understand he studied many years to become a Dr. but he seriously needs a class in manners and how to treat people. I went one time to an appointment w/him and never went back!! I’d much rather be incontinent than see that rude man!!!

We recently accompanied our daughter when she saw Dr. Liu. We found him to be very professional, answered all our questions, explained the x-ray, how her condition may have occurred and her options. We have found that the physicians with Urology of Virginia excell in their knowledge and experience. My husband has been a patient with this group for many years and has always received the very best care. Yes, we have waited. but they give the patient time for all their questions, unheard of!

Horrible experience by doctor and office staff. The office staff and nurse were rude and not helpful. I received different information each time I called as if they were talking about a different patient. Run don't walk to another doctor office.
