I've been calling and calling and leaving messages and no one will answer or call back. This is not ok.

Was referred to dr.. heatwole back in Nov. But have had noone call me back to set up my appt. Upon calling her office noone answers the phone. It is an automation that will kick you to voicemail after a few minutes of being on hold. Have been calling for days now. Do I really have to drive up to this office to talk to a live person? Just from this experience alone I'm wondering if I shouldn't find another neurologist.

Barbara bishop was my nurse practitioner and treated me for my epilepsy for close to 20 years she moved her practice to Richmond Virginia and referred me to Dr Katharine W Heatwole Before leaving Barbara Bishop set up an appointment for me which was canceled due to what the message said was illness three weeks before the appointment date which I found incredibly odd. I have left several messages to reschedule an appointment and Have received no call back. I’m sure that if Barbara Bishop knew of this she’d probably be incredibly disappointed just as I am. Keep away from this please! There’s something sketchy going on here.

She was great. Making another appointment is impossible. Been calling for weeks and left messages, no call back, never had a real person answer the phone. Also need an appointment with Dr. Zane. The doctors are wonderful, but the office should stay home. No office can be so busy they never call back or ever answer the phone.

Dr. Heatwole is fantastic. She has always spent a lot of time with me during my appointments, offers clear and helpful advice, shares some of her own experience when appropriate (which, to me, makes her more relatable), and seems to genuinely care about my health, success, and wellbeing. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and a great listener.

This lady kills people. She blames medication on everything when you're really sick with a nervous system issue. This lady saw me have no reflexes and walking weird. I now have been diagnosed. She loves to push the new shock treatment. Hey lady...people should have a MRI first. My mother died because of being misdiagnosed mental. This lady got her degree at the university of idiocracy.
