Dr Ramsey is professional, personable and really listens to your needs. She and her staff put you at ease.

Saw Dr. Ramsey as a new Patient and she was thoughtful, personal and took her time with my appt. The wait was longer than I expected but given how she was with me I would expect a little longer wait time. Her LPN was also pleasant.

I saw Dr. Ramsey about a week ago for trouble sleeping but I also made it very clear that I was having severe anxiety and depression about my current living situation. Instead of actually listening to me, she assumed my trouble sleeping was due to my 3 year-old crawling into to my bed at night. When I tried to explain to her that wasnt the case, she ignored it. She prescribed me 25mg of Amitriplyine never discussing the side effects. Luckily, my dad is a psychiatrist and talking with him I found out that the medicine prescribed was hardly used anymore and that it wouldnt address my depression or anxiety. After 3 days of being on the medicine my depression got SEVERELY worse (turns out a small % of people get worse on this medicine-thank God my dad knew this-bc I wasnt informed). Btw-I had to fill out a psych eval in her office. If she actually read it & saw how high i scored she never should've let me walk out of that office. She is reckless and an irresponsible provider.

Their office management is a mess. If you want to be on hold every time you call for 10 minutes or more, portal message never works, mess up your prescriptions, forgets to get your referrals, can wait 2 hours or more to see the doctor, charges extra nurse fee to get your labs done in their office, well then this is the place for you!

I was misdiagnosed on several occasions. She does not take the time with her patients. I had to endure pain longer than necessary due to misdiagnosis. I had to pay multiple copays. I also was prescribed unnecessary medications. I am very unlikely to refer anyone to Ramsey.

Dr. Ramsey has been a authentic blessing to me with my healthcare needs. The care and professionalism has been unmatched in my healthcare experiences over the years. Dr. Ramsey you're truly irreplaceable and I really your care and attention to detail on my behalf. I look forward to working with until the good lord calls me home to glory. Sincerely, Ronald Keyes

Highly recommend Dr. Ramsey! She puts patients at ease, takes her time to listen, and gives sound medical advise. She is a true professional who is compassionate and genuine.

I was seeking a new doctor and thought Dr. Ramsey would be the right choice. From waiting an hour to be seen, she did not get my medications nor my husbands correct. She recommended thousands of dollars of tests in a total of 10 minutes and the office staff is extremely rude. Will be writing to contest visit charge of 330 for me and 260 for my husband!!!! For 590 we got three medications right and three wrong.

I used to be a patient of Ramsey, DO back when she worked for Hanbury Family Medicine and I thought she was absolutely great. I was very disappointed when I found out she left the practice for bigger and better things for herself, but I am really glad to see she's still practicing. She was a big help to me and I hope when her new patients get her that they really appreciate just how awesome and understanding she is. You never feel rushed with her.

I have nothing bad to say about Dr Ramsey. I have been seeing her for a few months and she has been wonderful at helping me with my health issues and making my quality of life better. I never feel rushed, and she listens to all my concerns. The qualities that she has is what you can only hope for in a doctor!
